My Old Dutch - Chelsea
We enjoyed our visit to my old Dutch. Everything was good and waiter explained to menu to us. The restaurant has a lovely feel to it, it was really busy but we didnt wait long. The pancakes were good but not the best I've had.
To be fair staff were helpful and polite but for first time the flat pancakes were average mby will try something different next time, The chicken wasn't great and was tasteless, for that price, i was amazed by the pic on insta so i had high expectations
Food was amazing and a special shout out to the lady that served us, we didn't get her name but she was great!!
Lots of options, traditional Dutch (really big crepes) panckes. Over all food was good. Nothing fancy but nothing bad.
Great place to eat and good choice for everyone, my favourite is the pancakes with Nutella, fresh strawberries, banana and ice cream. Great to have sweet and savoury options will be back for sure!
Easter afternoon desert with my cousin. Lovely and amazing staff. And delicious milkshakes and waffles
We remember a buzzing My Old Dutch from 20+ years ago. Very quiet for midweek in the Easter Holidays, so lacking in ambience. The variety of pancakes is great and they taste good, however they are a bit too big and none of us could finish them. They should offer a small size (maybe two thirds) or a 50:50 so you can do savoury and sweet on the same pancake.
We had the best time at my old Dutch!
Our waiter was so considerate of my gluten and dairy allergies and made sure my food was perfect! It’s hard to go anywhere and enjoy pancakes being gluten and dairy free, so this was such a treat!
My mums first trip and already can’t wait to go back!
Perfect food, service and atmosphere! Can’t wait for my next visit!
Food excellent as always, though the service was unusually slow for them (perhaps because it was Mother's day).
We love my old Dutch but have never been with our kids. With it being Mother’s Day it was extremely busy and tables are so close together it was hard work with the kids and not much space for bags or buggies. The main thing that was an issue was there was no baby changing facilities. They normally do it downstairs on the seat they said but with it being so busy this space was also occupied. We ended up doing it on another seat upstairs in front of other customers which isn’t nice for them so the second time in the car. All in all a stressful experience.
Kept the kids quiet. milkshakes were a highlight and pancakes always exceptional!
Great family dinner with kids. Both kids and parents loved it.
Pancakes were tasty but cold!
Friendly staff, delicious pancakes and big portions!! Loved it!
Large portion sizes and a decent range of sweet and savoury pancakes. Good be a little more generous on the toppings and more attentive on the service
The staff were very unfriendly. Rang well in advance to reduce my booking size, still got treated rudely. Not a single smile.
Food was ok, overpriced for overal experience.
Tasty pancakes great experience
So delicious! Great value for money and a lovely restaurant. Staff were lovely and allowed us to split the bill between friends also. Would definitely reccomend.
It's fun. It's pretty easy having a good time while eating pancakes, and the place doesn't try to act like a serious restaurant.
When we were there it was a quiet evening and we had a blast. Friendly staff, nice pancakes and clean environment.
Could be slightly more cosy. Nicer lighting and a nicer decor but we were content
The manger was amazing everything was 10/10 the pancakes was so nice anyone you will love !!!
In love with their salty crepes!!! Quick service and amazing food.
Terrific pancake house experience.
As we first arrived we was greeted and seated. Afterwards we was served but the staff kept on staring at us in the resturant. There was a couple sitting and they were just staring at them and as we came we kept on getting stared at. When our food arrived my nieces pancake had hair in it we told them we received no apology what so ever they just changed the dish over but didn’t say sorry or seemed concerned. As we are ate after all three members of staff were staring and looking and we felt uncomfatable. Even though they wasn’t busy they could have at least made them self look busy cause as you eat everyone likes to eat in peace. We didn’t pay the service charge due to the hair. And they didn’t even offer to give the child’s
Pancake for free like most restaurants would when concerning hair. The pancakes were great but other that that the service was not the best. So will not be going back
Amazing place! Huge portions, nice ambience, good selection and flexible menu. Don’t miss this one!!
Something for everyone here. Not a place you would build your Saturday night around - ambience is more cafe than restaurant - but well worth a visit. Four mains, 3 desserts, 2 beers, 2 milkshakes and 2 coffees were around 100 quid and would have fed more than the four in our group. Great value.
Great food and great service! will definitely be back.
Best pancake bar in london we never visit the capital without at least one visit
Very disappointing. My pancake had been burnt, so I could only taste burnt batter. The waiter did not seem to understand even although the plate stained black.
Very good service, helpfull staff and food was very filling. Value for money? Good I would say.
First time tried these dutch pancakes! It was a quick visit but definitely worth it!
Good meal, good price service a little slow.
A reasonable price for interesting food and casual
We went on a Sunday for a late lunch. It was busy and noisy but the food was excellent. I would have preferred our drinks to arrive first with enough time to savour them before the meal but they came after the meal was served. Everything else was good. Very child friendly
Unusual food with very good attentive service. Inexpensive food which can be served quickly if necessary.
Excellent food, fantastic beer, friendly staff, very quick waiting time, very reasonable food bill. No complaints whatsoever
Amazing pancakes. Would be 5stars but the smoothies were awful.
Great place for breakfast - delicious and fast! Cute little place in the heart of Chelsea.
Such a nice place for brunch. Been here twice and I’ve been able to finish my food. My pancake was a little burnt underneath which is my only critism. The restaurant was closed packed and we still received our food quickly. Considering it is a pancake place, it was full of kids which the noise level could get annoying of the crying. But overall a really nice place to enjoy with friends or family.
