We had a fabulous time at My Old Dutch! From sweet to savory and many beverage choices - coffees, smoothies etc… Our family highly recommends taking in a meal at My Old Dutch.

Service wasn't great, took a long time for someone to take our orders and then a long time for someone to clear our plates etc. When the food came it was just ok, my pancake was somewhat undercooked and flavourless and I didn't manage to finish it because it wasn't amazing. Not something to rave about unfortunately!

Very underwhelming. Have eaten at the Holborn branch many times, but not for a while. Waiter that served us was completely disinterested. Had to be asked twice for water. Not great value. Tables so close together we had to squeeze past other diners, taking care not to bump into them. Won’t be going back

Booked for 5.30. As soon as we walked in we were told kitchen closes soon. Not mentioned when booked. We were not asked if we wanted a drink and had to request this. Felt like they all just wanted to go home. It’s a shame as the restaurant is nice and the food is lovely.

It was fun. Amazing pancakes. Met old friends after more than 10 years and we were giving each other a greeting in the corridor (under 1 minute) and the waiter got impatient and verbally pushed us away. He was nice later. The toilets were utterly dirty and disgusting. Please clean them.

Lovely place. Really nice atmosphere. Food could have been hotter though and their internet booking service is whack! They let me book a table at 5.30 even though the kitchen shuts at 5.30. Luckily they called and let me know but they need to sort that out because its real unhelpful, especially if you plan a busy day around it.

Lovely little restaurant, the initial server we had was very accommodating as we had a buggy and sat us in a place where we could put it out of the way. Service was a little slow as it took 20 mins for someone to take our drinks orders, but when we did order drinks and food came out quickly and were really lovely! Perfect to as this was the only place that serve genuine Dutch stroop. Would definitely come again and recommend! Thank you my old Dutch!

In going to the Kensington branch, I have now been to all three chains of My Old Dutch and delighted with all of them. The ambience is always nice but the food is what always draws me back. Absolutely delicious giant pancakes

I haven't been here since COVID, but it's just as wonderful as ever. The food was delicious and the décor was very inviting. Only issue was the sound of the milkshakes being blended disrupted conversation, but we were seated right in the back next to the kitchen so it might not be so bad at other areas in the restaurant.

I’ve said this before and I’m sad to have to say it again. This branch is so unwelcoming and unfriendly. The guys working in the store are miserable and rude. No interaction skills at all. Couldn’t even bring themselves to say hello or crack a smile. I’ve been going to the other branch’s for the last three years since I attended Kensington and had a bad experience a couple of years ago so disappointed to see nothing has changed. Go visit Holborn and Chelsea yourself and please take note of how to greet people and how to serve them. The food itself was ok… your four cheese is lacking cheese though - again, other branches can do this properly

Good service. I recall going to this chain several times many years ago and the portion size was great so that it was barely possible to finish a main course pancake. This time I had a cheese and ham make your own pancake that consisted of a VERY thin pancake with one slice of ham chopped in 4 and a light sprinkling of cheese. Each of us had a similar experience with our pancakes. We then had a dessert pancake each. 2 out of 3 of us had a soft drink (the other tap water) and the bill came to around £76. Felt like a rip off and very disappointing so won’t be returning.

I really didn't enjoy myself. I have been to My Old Dutch in Holborn for dates several times and had fun, enjoying all the different pancake toppings. But that was pre-pandemic, so I have to assume that business isn't great and they have switched to cheaper ingredients because the prices were the same but the flavour was non-existent. Forget the slow/absent staff (despite the fact it was fairly empty, we had to call them over to order, to pay etc.), the food is the reason I won't be back...
