Great Indian food, nice choice of dishes. Customer service need to be improved.

We loved everything about Namaste Lounge ! The place, the food, the ambience, the service ! All Top Notch ! We're going to be regulars now

The food is decent, but service was terrible, with us having to ask for items at least twice on every occasion. They have put a marquee up over the beer garden which rings the ambience / feel that was there previously. We used to enjoy eating there in the fresh air on a sunny day, but now it feels a little tacky and cramped.

Shockingly poor experience, waited over an hour to be served.
In addition,Waiters were rude with no apology for the slow service.

Drinks took over an hour to come, food an hour an half later and what’s worse we were told to quickly leave as they were busy and needed the table back.

We will definitely will not return.

We booked brunch for our first family post lockdown get together and we were so impressed with the food. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We had a mixture of the breakfast menu and the brunch menu, all the food was delicious especially the scrambled eggs! Thank you Namaste Lounge for a great experience and for making us feel safe without compromising the ambience.

Two hour slots isn't long enough especially when you have to wait 40 minutes for drinks , I'd asked if friends could be sat on a table next to us, that was clearly free , but they were taken to the back, there was no toilet roll or hand towels in one toilet even after I let them know still took a while to sort out , however the set up is lovely and staff were friendly they were just rushed off their feet , think it could just be better organized

Food was great however service was extremely slow. We (and several other tables around u) had to order drinks several times with waits of up to 30mins for just one drink to arrive. The setting and venue itself was lovely, however with a 2 hour time limit on tables it was disappointing having to wait so long for food and drinks, with waiters often bringing the incorrect order to our table.

Fabulous food , friendly and attentive staff , great venue under current conditions , will be returning

Food was fantastic, Crispy Lamb starter was fab, as were the veg samosas. Service however was very slow. We were there for 40 mins and our drinks had not arrived. Food then arrived, but still no drinks! We had taken a few sips of our cocktails, at which point last orders were announced.

Luckily the food was good enough that we would go back. Hopefully service and attention to customers will be better next time.

service was lovely, food was lovely, place was spotless. Maggie especially made the experience much better. Thank you all for making my friends birthday special.

Food and service was really good... a bit expensive for only starters and few drinks but good night out given the current situation.

Generally was good experience food was tasty and quick. The only thing was service was slow to get hold of someone at a corner table

Enjoyed our dinner at Namaste Lounge as always.
I have given one less star in review due to the little hitch we had with the sitting. Had booked a table for 6 places, and we had a 3 month old infant. The concierge insisted on us having two tables (they weren’t adjacent but back to back) as she was counting the infant as a 7th person! We had to ultimately call the manager to sort us a single table. An unnecessary hassle which could have been sorted

Food is always good. I feel poppadoms could be bigger (not sure why you offer miniature ones) and the nann bread should also be larger.

Delicious food and fantastic. Service went on the way out pre 5pm deal and such good value

Lovely restaurant and very attentive staff. Food was very oily, the concept of an oily curry with a white bap drizzled with melted butter on top just doesn’t work. Ended up ordering naan to go with the meal. Decided to go elsewhere for dessert.

The food was great, however, there was a spider in our starters and in our poppadoms. There was also a dead fly in our alcohol.

Great food - had a fantastic time and loved the Mushkaki! All the food was super.

Food was great and so was the serving staff. The staff incharge made a bit of fuss about us not specifically booking 'high chai', although we were there in the time of the high chai being served. The owner was kind and polite and did accomadate us. The ambience was great, but heating was too strong. I was literally sweating with temperatures outside at less than 10 degree celcius, so do prepare for that.
The High Chai itself was a great experience, really tasty food. For £22.50 per person, I felt that the quantity wasnt enough. We were only served one frankie (split into half), one club sandhwich (same, split into half), a few small bites of cakes, two vada pav and two scones. Perhaps some additional frankies or club sandwiches would have been great. Although it doesnt specify anywhere if its unlimited or not. For two ladies the food they gave was not bad, but someone with a larger appetite might be disappointed.
The waiter was lovely. He kept checking in on us, very friendly and understanding. Also managed to fill our tea with a hot pot a couple of times. All in all, good experience, but can do more given the relatively high price tag.

Great food and ambiance. Though we only had a 2 hour dinner slot, we were moved to a different table at the bar which was great!

Very pleasant experience. The staff was lovely and the food was exquisite.

Thumbs up all around. Love Namaste Lounge, even if the service was a little mediocre on yesterday’s occasion. The food more than made up for that.

Overall experience was below average, food was expensive even with 25% eat out to help out Sept discount.

Service was terrible, we had to ask for everything multiple times and even then they did not provide.

No one checked during the meal if everything was ok nor they were interested in the customer satisfaction.

This is not a restaurant, but is more of a nightclub which serves nice food. When I clicked moderate as noise level the whole area was almost empty, the noise level was the music which may not be to everyone's taste, I do prefer to enjoy a meal without moderately loud nightclub music playing. Soft music in the background is one thing, medium nightclub music is not for me. I would not return only for this as the food is really good, though some items on our visit is way above average, ie still water, highly priced imported from Norway and just a simple little sticker which could be mass produced on the bottle to indicate unopened.

Best Lounge I’ve been so far with good Spacious Seating. Ample lot of options for Parking space. High Hygiene Score. Overall good Service! Would highly recommend this place out for a nice Get Out for Special occasions since it’s bit in the pricier side but Worth the Penny. Good distribution of Venues for Shisha and Open Garden Dining. Location spot on right opposite to Tube Station. All I wish is Owning a Lounge like this someday!

Food was fab, service wasn’t so great as there wasn’t enough waiters and they weren’t very attentive. Had to wait ages to order food and drinks, then needed to keep calling the waiter over, it was difficult to get the service needed.

Always great but the staff didn’t know about 25% off which seems odd. Surely all staff should be up to date on current offers. Food amazing as always

The food is ok for vegetarians. The staff seems under pressure and service is rushed. Waiters didn’t have time for the order. I had to remind twice for small things like water, forks etc

We came all the way from Essex to try Namaste lounge for a friends birthday and were very disappointed with the service and atmosphere. As soon as we entered, the floor was very sticky and the ladies toilets were quite dirty. The service was slow and when our 2 hours were up, the waiters kept walking around our table looking at their watch. The food was really nice, cannot fault it. When it came to paying, we had already done the calculations which came up to £30pp and the waitress did not believe us and calculated it at £56pp. That took a while to sort out and everything seemed rushed even though all the tables around us were empty. We were going to stay for shisha but we thought if this is what it is like in the restaurant, the shisha cant get any better. On our way out of the restaurant, there was an awful smell of a cleaning product near the bar area which was very unpleasant. All these small things make a difference from having a good time to a bad time and in the end we were just happy to leave. Safe to say, we wont be returning or recommending.
