Sat outside for my husband's birthday. Service was great.We had our dogs with us ,dog bowls offered and biscuits.The meal was fantastic every dish perfect my husband had 3 traditional courses and I had 3 starters as it was very hot. I also really enjoyed the non alcoholic Aprerol spritz as I was driving. The staff were very friendly and attentive .

Great menu choices and well cooked. Only let down is that's it's very echoey in The Hermitage and can be difficult to hold conversations. Some fluffy clouds on the ceiling would be great.

Brilliant Set Menu & Flavours That Hit the Mark! We went for the fixed menu at Craft & Cleaver and it didn’t disappoint. For the appetiser, we both chose the Crispy Miso & Ginger Fried Chicken – beautifully cooked with a light crunch and paired perfectly with the Alabama white sauce. Absolutely packed with flavour and a great way to start the meal. For the main, we had the Baby Back Pork Ribs, and they were spot on – sweet, tender, and glazed with their rich house BBQ sauce. The meat practically fell off the bone. Served with smokehouse fries and a zesty lime slaw, it was a proper hearty plate that hit all the right notes. The atmosphere was relaxed yet lively, and the service was friendly and efficient. Our host, Haydn, was super friendly and really added to the experience – even made some great suggestions for dishes to try on our next visit. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the food and the vibe. A fantastic value-for-money option if you’re after a satisfying, flavour-packed meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent dinner catching up with friends who I haven’t seen in a while. Service was attentive but not overly so, food was delicious and good portion sizes. We were offered a quiet table to be able to talk easily and were left to ask for the bill when ready. Excellent experience overall. Thank you.
