We had such a wonderful experience at Ghosts & Grits! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, which I had briefly mentioned when making the reservation, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They remembered not only that it was his birthday, but his name, and the chef even came out of the kitchen to personally wish him a happy birthday. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and meant so much to us. The food was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly personable and accommodating. It was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it!

We were there for the breakfast buffet to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. Sakina ensured that we had a wonderful experience. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure this experience was special. There was a wide selection of food--plenty for vegetarians--and the food was tasty. We would come back and recommend this to others.

The bartender was attentive and engaged. She also made excellent recommendations 🏅. I loved the atmosphere and energy of the restaurant. The shrimp cocktail was served in a nice presentation, but tossed in a sauce that was a little salty. It doesn’t need the cocktail or aioli sauces. The crab bisque was delicious and unique in its white New England chowder style base. I loved the steak and pasta as an option, but the ravioli was also salty. Crème brûlée was yummy, but would hold the lemon sauce next time. Great overall experience 💜
