Best restaurants near me in Norfolk, MA

Love this place!! This has become our go to when we are going to dinner with friends and family we take them to Basil because we are most certainly guaranteed a great meal and wonderful service! Last night was no exception as we dined with our daughter and her friend who had not been before this evening. We had a great server, Rob, who was both funny and very attentive! He added to our enjoyable evening! Started with the Thai Chili calamari and the coconut shrimp. Both were delicious! Two of us had the grilled swordfish special served with au gratin potatoes and fresh vegetable medley. Delicious! My husband had his favorite, duck. Served crispy and moist, perfectly cooked. Our other guest had the chicken parm which is always very tender and flavorful. They have a very tasty red sauce and the chicken is usually fork tender. We shared pecan pie with ice cream for dessert. Rob served two of us his creamy espresso martinis which were great! It was a great evening per usual at Basil and we look forward to our return!

We had a lovely dinner at Kosmos. The food was very good and my friends and I were having a wonderful evening. All of a sudden, the waitress announces that we need to “ finish up” because there are others waiting for a table. Very tacky and not a pleasant way to end a meal.

They did a nice job of providing quick service. Server was excellent, the speed and quality of the food from the kitchen was impressive. Bacon Cheddar Burger with garlic aioli, white cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato (no onion) done medium rare, was cooked perfectly. Trio Dips & Chips with three sauce options, was great. Pricing was reasonable. We were here for the high school Super Bowl events. Not as crowded as the Patriots’ games, but still packed.

Excellent restaurant have been to the one in Easton before. Our server wasn’t great my friend and I both ordered one of the specials and shortly after while we were eating salad she came over and said she was sorry they only had one left so I changed my order and she came back and said I’m so sorry in between that. The other one got sold so my friend had to make a change. She said she was gonna takeoff our salads on the bill and never did. Was very annoying. Food was excellent definitely would return. Just didn’t care for what happened early on

Service was excellent and food was very good. I went early in the day and there was no noise level. I’ll be back
