Lovely pub, my first visit was the day before #LockDown2 but we will be returning once we are allowed back out by Boris!

Lovely Sunday dinner need to change the selection of starters though. Maybe add mushrooms or prawn starter as whitebait isn’t for everyone! Will definitely return x

Excellent squid starter and fish and chips.. Really delicate batter. Great quality, will definitely be coming back soon.

Very good and happy with the price/quality

At this time in covid we were so pleased to be made comfortable and feeling secure in the standards of the restaurant. The service and sunday roast dinner were just great and we thought good value - thankyou to the village restaurant.

Food was good. However, seating arrangements weren’t so great! We were seated towards the back - where one end of the table seating is too high up and therefore caused further back problems. Other than that, great service!
