- MMaryvipAsheville / Western North Carolina •30 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoOur server was delightful, paid attention and explained the menu w pride. We enjoyed our food: Watermelon Salad great umami, bbq shrimp very tasty, Shrimp and grits on par w Charleston and crab cake full of crab (has afterburn). The noise level was too much for us. I know this is hip reastaurany thing, it was too loud for my tender ears and soft voice. Regardless, i did like my meal.More infoSouth City Kitchen MidtownPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• Midtown•4.6
- LLeighAnnAtlanta Metro •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThis place was absolutely amazing. It was mine and my wife’s anniversary. I surprised her with dinner at The Consulate. When you first walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile from the host. We got sat at a table the had us sitting across from each other and we couldn’t really hear each other. The host could see that and moved us to a private table which was amazing. When they found out it was our anniversary, it was like we were royalty. Our waiter Eric, was absolutely phenomenal. When I told him I don’t drink, he recommended some mocktails I might like. As well as, being out anniversary, they brought champagne for my wife and he remember and brought me ginger ale. The service and ambiance, food and people were incredible. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be coming back again!More infoThe ConsulatePrice: Expensive• Global, International• Midtown•4.7
- AAnthonyLos Angeles •9 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMe and the Mrs. were in town for the first time for The Race (5k and Half Marathon in East Point). STK was recommended by one of her girlfriends. Since it was our last night, we decided to give it a try. We had reservations and was promptly seated once we arrived, albeit early. The first table we were sat at, was right in front of another couple. The wife inquired about moving us since there were plenty of empty tables, and the staff politely obliged. We’ve eaten at some pretty high end steakhouses, and have become familiar with pricing and quality (Bourbon Steakhouse in Dana Point, Ca at the Waldorf Astoria is probably winning for now). We immediately took notice of the crab cake, it was double the cost of what we’ve normally paid for two. At the $41 price point, had it been two for $45 or so it wouldn’t have been a problem, however, we felt while the quality and taste was good it wasn’t worth the price. We did not order steak, because we ate at Cuts the day before. However, my main lobster linguini was chefs kiss, absolutely delicious. They spared no expense when it came to the lobster. Wife had the short ribs and it was to die for. Our cocktails were especially good, especially when the bartender called an audible on my Sazerac since they did not have Absinthe (most if not all top shelf bars have this). I couldn’t immediately tell she substituted it until our waitress let us know she hadn’t heard of the cocktail before. So A++ for effort. My wife loved both her cocktails (side-car, and a whiskey smash). Overall we loved our experience, will definitely try it again upon our return to Atlanta. Sobia was our server and she was fantastic, attentive and made sure we were taken care of.More infoSTK - AtlantaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Midtown•4

- DDougvipAtlanta Metro •53 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoCaroline is always a wonderful server. Great Ecco Caesar, swordfish, and the new burger is amazing. As a former server myself, what I noticed today was how the entire team (manager, all servers, bartenders) work together to make sure every guest is being taken care of. Even though Caroline was very attentive to our needs, other servers brought us our drinks when they saw them sitting at the bar, or brought out our food as soon as it hit the line. I overhead some of them asking each other "are you OK", "can I help you with something". Well done Ecco.More infoEcco MidtownPrice: Expensive• European• Midtown•4.7
