Such a great find. Christmas party of 8 booked for a Wednesday night. The staff were accommodating of all my pre-booking requests and extremely attentive on the day. The food was great and we were served without delays. Would like to give a special shout out to Richard, as he was a big help. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

We often passed this place and always wanted to go in. Really glad we finally did, the menu is really varied and everything we ordered was great. Amazing pepper sauce :) Meatball starter delicious. Staff were excellent, attentive without being over the top. Pricing was good. Nice setting. Will definitely go back and happy to recommend :)

The food is always excellent and the service matches this. A wonderful dining environment with the attentive staff, impressive menu and comfortable. I have been dining here for some time and always look forward to returning.

Fantastic Ceylonese food. Great ambience. Great value.

The food, as always, was delicious and very high quality. The portion sizing is good, especially with the 3 course set menu. The wait staff are extremely professional and we enjoyed interacting with ours. We have started to make this a tradition in our friendship group, visiting Chapter One at least once a year for a special occasion. We have been a number of times and have never been disappointed.
