Paparazzi is so lovely. The service is 10/10 and the ambience is so warm and welcoming. Only, and i mean only let down was our food was a little overcooked. But that would not stop is from returning again ;)

We have not visited Softleys for a number of years as we previously had found staff to be rather unfriendly and rude. Last night we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, the food was very tasty and well presented and the atmosphere was extremely convivial and relaxed. I have already recommended Softleys to my friends.

Absolutely amazing service all round, from the venue, to the staff, to the food, to the sheesha, everything was on point. All staff was amazing very friendly, provided a 5* treatment to every customer not just myself and my Mrs. We loved the energy we loved the vibes and to top it off the food and mocktails were 10/10. We travelled from Manchester, it took us 2.5 hours to get there, it was absolutely worth its while, worth every penny we spent. Exactly the kind of service and food you expect especially when you travel a long way. I wanted to thank everyone at the venue today who made it special for us. Having said that my only negative feedback would be, is that if you’re asking the customers at pre booking stage (online) if the visit is for a special occasion, I.e. Wedding Anniversary, birthdays etc etc you should be able to facilitate setting up special requests, such as having a table set up with any special messages, it gave the option to add a message at pre booking stage however it wasn’t something that wasn’t facilitated, bringing over the dessert after food was a nice touch, which has congratulations on there, but it would have been even more special and memorable if there was a table pre set with special messages. I can imagine the business is making good money and attracting customers from all over England, and I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be to cost effective to have these special request set up. But yes we both loved it and would like to thank you once again for an amazing evening!

Nice little pub in the town centre with many food options available. What I liked was the possibility to scan a QR code and order directly from the table. The only issue was that the kids menu was not in the electronic version and had to be ordered at the bar, but other than that everything was good.
