Some of the best cooking in London. The teal was perfectly cooked, really glad that I got to try the bone marrow and parsley salad and the deep fried rarebit

My friends had brilliant pizzas and really enjoyed them. I had spinach ravioli which was great, it was good to be able to choose a slightly smaller size meal as I don’t eat as much and don’t like to waste good food. Having the vegetarian choice was good too, I do eat meat but just love spinach and Italian cheese!! The welcome was warm and friendly and have eaten here before so new it would be great to return for a great meal. Thank you

Le Cafe du Marche continues to offer a first class dining experience. An interesting menu, excellent food, a particularly good sparkling wine to start and very attentive service. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely delightful and totally delicious food. Each dish was superb. We were a group of three and shared pickles, artichoke with ricotta, and burrata with raisins . Yummy. The mains we had were ravioli filled with pheasant, mushrooms and Marsala. Divine. I’d go back just for that. We shared a rhubarb trifle with honeycomb for dessert. Again, delicious. The service was calm and friendly. Unobtrusive. There was very low music playing so we could hear each other and chat for hours. The interior design was very English, reminding us of Andrew Edmund’s in town. We loved it. A bit pricey but I did not mind for this special occasion as it was all pretty wonderful.

The Parlour room was beautifully decorated. There was a slight delay with the food arriving to our table. The sandwiches and hot savory were tasty, however, sadly the selection of scones were all rather dry. The tarte tatin was tiny and the Alaska tarts were soft. Overall the sweets were disappointing.
