- KKevinGlasgow/Lanarkshire •1 review5.0Dined todayService was impeccable. Super quick and efficient. We pre-ordered and within a minute of being seated at the table our food started to arrive. I have pre-ordered elsewhere before and been made to wait a long time which defeated the purpose of pre order. Well done team!!More infoGlasgow - Bucks Bar West Regent StPrice: Moderate• American• Glasgow•4.7

- KKarenEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review4.0Dined 7 days agoOverall, we had an enjoyable experience for my partner's 60th birthday. The food was very good and great value for money. It was a busy evening in the lead up to Christmas with a few big parties, and some of the staff did appear to be a bit stressed. We noticed that other tables were given bread, but we were not. When we enquired to the waitress, we were informed there was none left. This was a pity as we had some lovely sauce to mop up. We noticed that other tables still received bread and when we enquired further we got some lovely home-made bread. A small thing perhaps. Some staff were competent, even if a bit pushed, while it seemed that others would benefit from further training. There was nothing major however and we had a pleasant evening.More infoBuccleuch & Queensberry Arms HotelPrice: Expensive• Scottish• Thornhill•4.3
