Full marks Ivy Oxford! We thought the staff from reception to the restaurant were friendly, professional and not intrusive. The restaurant is in a beautiful building, and fitted out in similar fashion to its parent in London. We liked especially the almost Parisien brasserie feel of the place and enjoyed the now rare, but very welcome, hum of conversation rather than the usual shouting match in which no one can hear or be heard without over shouting! We thought the food was of top brasserie standard - quite definitely the best Ivy we have eaten in and much better than many other restaurants we have eaten in recently. Well done on all counts Ivy, and please don't change!

Another excellent lunch - a welcoming traditional pub with above average dining. Recommended.

I’ve never been disappointed eating at The Black Horse since Jamie took over as head chef a few years ago. The same can’t be said for most places in the Oxfordshire area. If you’re looking for a great meal, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff look no further. Thank you guys - will be seeing you again soon!

This was our first time at the restaurant. We often visit Oxford for one night. The staff are all very efficient and helpful. The food was delicious and we had a great evening leaving as they were closing. We will be going back next time we are in Oxford.
