Great meal, well constructed salad, elegant house-made pastas, house-made bread.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant! Very elegant and well appointed. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Service was prompt and efficient. The food! Started with champagne and a cocktails, which were prepared accurately. Starters were perfectly portioned with a beautiful presentation. The pears and prosciutto salad didn’t disappoint with just the right amount of flavor. Definitely will have the brioche bread again, so fluffy and light. For the main course we dined on the scallops and salmon. Again, perfect portions! Delicious and cooked perfectly. Dessert beignets are a must! We will definitely be back.

It was a guys night out when we went to HORP with my two good friends. We were an hour early. We hung out at the bar and we were seated about 20 minutes before our actual reservation time. They seated us at a 4 person table which was good with extra room. Food came quick and the prime ribs were good as always. Service was excellent.

Our favorite restaurant in San Francisco. Whenever we’re in town we come multiple times. We ALWAYS leave happier than when we came. The food (try the pork chop, if it’s on the menu, with a glass of Pinot noir), service and vibe are consistently rave worthy. NOPA is the very definition of what a restaurant should be and is - gracious hospitality and delicious food in a wonderful setting. We’ll be back! Thank you.
