Craven Arms Restaurants

Really delicious food, which we couldn’t fault. Friendly, attentive staff - who really kindly also surprised us with cake as they knew we were celebrating my friend’s birthday. The menu was varied, but not extensive, and the balance was just right. …. And, who knew blue cheese ice cream could work so well!! We’re local, and I don’t know why we haven’t been before. It’s definitely going on our ‘go to’ list now.

Excellent venue, plenty of room between the tables, friendly and helpful staff. Food was well cooked and presented. Food arrived hot and within a reasonable time. The only slight negative was the menu was seafood heavy. If you don't eat seafood you're limited for choice. Otherwise an excellent meal all round.

Excellent Saturday lunch at The Clive. Definitely one of the best places to eat in the Ludlow area. Friendly service at just the right pace, good wine list, nice environment and menu has a good combination of traditional classics like haddock and chips to more unusual dishes such as miso roasted hispi cabbage or spiced mackerel with bombay potato salad. Would definitely recommend.

A genuinely friendly restaurant pub, with superb service, good food and a nice atmosphere. The locally produced snails in garlic were a rare treat.
