Beckenham Restaurants

Food was lovely. Staff were fabulous ( didn’t get the name of our waiter but he was fantastic). Music was alovely but at times a little to loud in order to have a conversation over. Will definitely be making a return visit #yammas🍸

Unique dining experience, friendly and attentive service, but high cost.

Excellent ingredients as ever, and lovely informal atmosphere. We had 2x bruschetta and 1x aubergine with sausage and sauce as starters. All excellently prepared and served. Five stars. Only issue this time was the pizzas (one each, various kinds): as ever toppings were generous, but bases were soggier than usual. Three stars. Different pizza chef maybe? We go here every couple of months, and will be back to check if this was a blip as we suspect.

The Chancery delivers yet again. Sunday lunch with family including my 93 year old father in his wheelchair. The guys working there were all beyond helpful and attentive and wanting to ensure we had a great experience, which we did. We sat outside as it’s quieter for my father (his hearing aid picks up every background noise especially indoors in a crowded room) and again we were more than well looked after. This is one of the many reasons why my brother and I bring our father here at least once a week. It’s simply his favourite place to eat out. Keep doing everything you do.
