We had the best afternoon tea ever. The food, service and ambience were exceptional. Will definitely be going back. It’s best to be hungry when you arrive as you get lots of different things to eat and some people were taking food home in a box. If you’re visiting Norwich, this is the place to eat.

Great tasting food. Freshly cooked and presented well. I had sea bass with mashed potato and creamy sauce with bacon and peas. Lovely, personal service. Very nice with my mother who has mild dementia.

We loved our visit. From start to finish we were very well looked after. The duck curry was amazing. We had the festive snowman for desert. It was like a work of art. So many layers to it. It was a shame to it. But oh so glad we did ! We have visited many of the Ivy venues. The Norwich one is by far our favourite. It feels comfortable and friendly.

We had another lovely meal here last night. My husband tried the pizza for the first time and was very impressed! I enjoyed the chicken, bacon & mushroom dish which was delicious. Great attentive service as always. Love the decor but it looks extra special now with the Christmas lights & tree.
