Bryn Williams has got this so right, the whole team should be very proud. The welcome was warm and the smiley staff were so professional and helpful - it was wonderful. Bryn himself was in full view 'doing his thing' and creating delights for us all, his team around him were all relaxed and very much in control of their part in our experience. The restaurant was nicely busy, bubbly chat everywhere, happy clients at comfortable tables and the views over the beautiful beach were made even more special by the sunny September afternoon. The food was SPECIAL ! Everything was so fresh, colourful and beautifully presented. The extensive menu made it difficult to choose but fish is a must when you are so close to the sea. The combinations of flavours were delightful and the flare of a chef like Bryn Williams was evident in every mouthful. Simply gorgeous food. We have decided the only way to show our thanks is to visit and work our way through all the dishes on the menu - what a delightful prospect !! THANK YOU to all the Team.
