Food very good. But obviously the booking time is very influential on the overall satisfaction. Ours was a late booking. Staff may possibly need to be reminded who the customer is.
Love Ottolenghi’s recipes. Great tastes, great combinations of food, fresh and fun to eat as you can share several veggie, meat or fish plates. I will definitely return!
lovely fresh food we had a selection of small plates which were delicious but quite small for the price
We liked NOPI very much and it tasted very good! We recommend it, but we would prefer an upstair tabel.
Excellent dishes and service. Recipes were very creative. Especially loved the cheesecake.
Another fantastic Ottolenghi restaurant! We don’t live in London but if ever we have a layover flight, we book a table at one of his restaurants. At NOPI, we had the lavosh with burnt scallion dip, burrata with coriander seed & peach, baked “cheesecake” with pickled beets, mutton shawarma, and mackerel with pistachio. All were fantastically created altho I didn’t care for the scallion dip (burnt literally meant burnt and not just charred). The while you wait sliced nuts were addictive and the cocktail list is inventive.
We arrived a bit early but were quickly served with a drink at the bar while we waited. On being seated, our waiter recommended that we choose a selection from the sharing plates which turned out to be a great call. The flavours in the dishes were reasonably intense but complimented each other well. Each dish was quite distinct from the others and this provided a wonderfully diverse culinary landscape. We accompanied our meal with a couple of (Palestinian) wines from the very interesting wine selection, which included wines by the glass, by the half litre and by the bottle. The service was also excellent up until we had finished our meal and then there was a frustrating time trying to find someone to arrange the bill. Once this arrived however we felt the restaurant also provided excellent value for money given the quality of the food.
Great place and the food was to die for. Lovely, friendly staff too. Absolutely perfect.
Fantastic service, all my allergies were cater for without huge fuss....flavours amazing.....!
Positively surprised and very unique - though I think we ordered way more than we could go through!
My favourite place in London. Great ambience and food!
Excellent breakfast. My guest and I both had the shakshuka which was absolutely delicious. Only minor quibble is they charged me for 2 coffees which we never received but I am sure it was not intentional
Delicious and healthy fresh food. We ate there twice this trip to London and twice during our last trip!
A very good meal to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday prior to going to the theatre.
Access for a wheelchair user (me) is not ideal (steep ramp) and having to go next door to use the toilet takes time because you have to use the ramp! Credit for providing access cause in the "old" days, it would have been sorry no access for wheechair users but there is room for improvement. Staff were very helpful in helping me in and out.
Again, a good lunch experience. Tasty food, nice service, value for money. Unfortunately extremely loud.
We waited 20 minutes for a server to ask if we wanted drinks. We ordered wine and we had to refill our own glasses. Dirty dishes were left on the table for far too long. We felt like an invisible table-it was difficult to get the attention of any of the servers. The food was outstanding, but the poor service tarnished our experience.
Food was good but not great, maybe we had higher expectations than usual due to the reputation of Ottolenghi. The biggest issue we had was the noise level, to the extent where we found it hard to have a conversation across a table. The service was excellent. It is fairly expensive (we spent £125 for lunch for four, with no alcohol), I do not mind spending the money if everything is as you would want it - but sadly it was not. I wouldn't go again.
Meilleurs dans les livres d’Ottonlengi que dans ses assiettes.
This visit was everything the hype lead us to hope for and more. We booked well ahead and travelled a long way and enjoyed every minute.
The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered about six different dishes and each one was delicious in different ways. There were so many flavours in each dish but they came together perfectly. It was one of the best meals of my life!
This restaurant has a beautiful creative way of showcasing food, it’s delicious, flavoursome and because its a sharing concept, you get to try lots of different dishes. Reasonably priced with good service and nice ambiance.
The food was delicious. We ordered off the normal menu with limited time before a theatre show. Letting them know this, the service was so brilliantly fast that we had more than enough time in the end. The food was still impeccable; both in taste and presentation.
Just fabulous food 😊

This was my third visit to NOPI and it did not disappoint. Food was wonderful (and beautiful). The service was helpful, solicitous, and good humored. The wine list had some excellent and slightly unusual (a Palestinian wine). I will return for certain.
This was my 2nd visit to Nopi and I loved it as much as the first time. My only regret, which is a testament to how much I adore this place, is that this was a more formal business occasion which did not really allow for a deep dive into the fantastic menu. But the vegetarian starters/sharing dishes were super tasty, with different expressions and multiple textures. The veggie main course, simple but delicious and just with the right spicyness. I'll obviously have to return soon and dive more in, including into the wines, which now include wonderful natural wines from some of my favorite wine makers like, Alexandre Bain, La Stoppa, Tschida, Bellotti, Matassa and Landron. Nopi is not a quiet place, but I love the energy in the bustle there and even though we were way late for our reservation they made sure we could still get in.
Delicious, healthy, innovative food alongside a thoughtful, considered wine list. Our family’s favourite venue for celebratory lunches & dinners
We are big fans of Mr. Ottolenghi and admire his success in introducing new approaches of cooking. We have all his cookbooks and use them frequently. So this outing was a great disappointment. The service was rushed, with the evident objective of throwing food in front of us and pushing us out the door as fast as possible so that the table could be recycled. My requests to change the pace and order of the meal were ignored. I was told by our waitress that "dishes arrive when they arrive, that is the way things are done here." The first starter ordered arrived before the cocktails. The second starter arrived simultaneously with the mains. The starters were very good, but to add to the misery, the halibut was very salty and overcooked and the pork chop was tough, again over-cooked and with little flavour.
If this is typical of the way customers are treated I hope they write more negative reviews. It is the only way the restaurant will take action. However, we will never go back.
Excellente food and service, perfect for breakfast!
Fantastic dinner! Lovely waiter and delicious food. Can‘t wait to be back in London.
Always a pleasure to dine at NOPI. Whenever I visit London for business, I try to have a meal here. Great menu options and comfortable seating at the bar for solo business diners. Service is friendly and quick...and of course the food is to die for. My fav restaurant!
If you want to eat different as you do daily, then you have to go to Nopi, we had an overviev of all they offer, for 4 people. It was simply fantastic!
Sympa mais sans plus il faisait très froid air conditionné à fond, plat pas bien décrit sur la carte et par la serveuse.
Excellent selection of sharing plates and veggies. Nice atmosphere “upstairs” (which is actually the ground floor). Downstairs sharing tables looked fun. Small and interesting wine list.
Burrata with white peach and chick peas were standouts
Food tasted great. The noise level was SO loud I could not hear my partner across the table. There are no soft surfaces in this place to absorb the noise. We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant and were informed we had the table for another 1:45 minutes when we got there. Seriously ? Nice way to welcome patrons. nah.
Food of and inspired by the Eastern Mediterranean in simple elegant surroundings served by skilled and friendly staff. A model.
Outstanding food - healthy, colourful and delicious - cannot recommend enough
My uncle and I booled whilst visiting London and our experience was second to none! Service brilliant; staff extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The food was brilliant - a very vibrant, simplistic, flavourful mix of dishes, all tastes complementing each other well. The bar list was great; the wine list quite varied and exotic- beautiful!
We are really pleased to have found this restaurant and cannot wait to return - thank you!!
I visit regularly for breakfast especially for the shakshouka which is excellent! I ordered a seasonal fruit bowl this time too and was so disappointed, it was a really tiny portion and not particularly seasonal. I queried the size of the dish with the waitress and was told the portion was right. On paying the bill I said how disappointed I was to be charged £6.30 for such a tiny portion of fruit and she said she’d pass my comment on but I was still charged the full amount for it which was so disappointing!
Great food and service, but extremely noisy. Hard to maintain a decent conversation without yelling.
