Wellington Lounge at InterContinental London Park Lane
Jurema Terrace at The Mandrake
Absolutely unbelievable food. Incredible service. We were waiting 5 minutes for our table to be ready, and for that wait we were given an extra small dish for free! Very professional, chatty and lovely staff and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten! Amazing old fashioned cocktails as well! Cannot recommend highly enough
A Big disappointment, poor plates from a buffet which gives you the feeling of eating ther leftovers of David's BarMitzvah...
The food is not bad but overpriced.
Staff is nice but the "working process" is awfull :
we booked for 8.30, the table was occupied so we had to wait at the "bar" (in fact standing against the wall, next to the buffet). after 20 minutes a waitress proposed that we command a drink, we go for some wine.
10 minutes later we are seated by another waitress. Then we order to a different waiter, the plates arrive fast, made with what was displayed on the buffet (taste not bad but quantity is a joke), the wine we ordered 25 minutes earlier is still not there ! we had to pass the command again...
The noise is horrible, we haven't started to eat that the experience is a negative one.
Staff is cool, WC are awesome, but the way customers are treated is terrible.
The food is ok but the Ottolenghis recipes cooked by my mother are far better .
Can't recommand this place.
Downstairs is a little quieter than the ground floor but has an industrial feel.
Excellent food, excellent service! We’ll come back
amazing food and service!! Took my boyfriend and would definitely recommend to anyone that like Ottolonghi food.
Great food excellent service and a beautiful atmosphere
All of the dishes were exceptional. Loved the burrata with peaches and coriander seeds, the crispy pork belly, and the duck breast. We had an herb salad to refresh, which was perfect. And the roasted pineapple with macadamia and coconut ice cream -- exceptional! Also a delicious saffron and gin cocktail. Our server was so professional and attentive and sweet. All in all a fabulous experience! Thank you Nopi! For sure I hope to come again on our next trip to London!
Very good food and service. Very noisy though for my elderly mother who couldn’t hear.
We are already planning our return trip here. Please just go if you are considering it, it won’t disappoint.
Buzzy atmosphere and great food. Deserts were a bit of a disappointment and dessert wine was awful and couldn’t drink it!
My mum has been cooking from Ottolenghi's cookbooks for years. My parents have been over from New Zealand on holiday. We went to Nopi to celebrate my Mum's 60th birthday (something she has been dreaming about). Mum said it lived up to her expectations and was another great experience on their travels. What more can you say than that really?
We had a lovely meal at Nopi and would definitely return. The only thing that I wasn’t fond of was how the service was really rushing us through ordering and serving, so we felt like we needed to be quick. It also wasn’t clear from the menu that some of the dishes were served cold, which was a shame because we were looking forward to a nice warm meal after being out in the rain all day.
Food here is beautiful! Could not fault it. Lovely selection of cocktails too. We sat at the bar, staff were lovely and happy to let us linger for a bit which was a lovely added plus.
We had an enjoyable lunch at NOPI on Saturday lunchtime. However, it was very busy and I felt we were forgotten slightly. Other than that the food was good and the service was amiable.
Fabulous fresh tasty food, lovely ambience, great service!
Thank you for a lovely weekend, and making my mum’s birthday so memorable (even the singing waitress - thank you so much! )
Yet again, amazing food and great vege choices, and great attentive service (without being intrusive). The crudités dip was divine.
Only point is the music levels were quite high and we had some difficult hearing each other, but that could’ve been our age!
As per Ottolenghi delivers. 10/10 across ambience, food, service - without feeling overpriced or too much for a casual Friday lunch.
Amazing food and super professional service! Must must must when in London!
As always, great flavours. Good choice of dishes from the menu.
Nice decor but the lighting does not provide the best ambiance.
Disappointed that two of the dishes were served cold from the central buffet, not what was expected. Found the menu a little bit too limited too. Loved that wine served by 500ml carafe, polenta chips delicious and the deserts were tasty. Clearly a popular place as queues out the door but expected a bit more from the food overall. We had a good table but some looked quite cramped. Wouldn’t rush back but will try ROVI.
Delicious food and excellent service
We had the dishes "to share" and they were great! Nicely arranged, very good quality of the food, fantastically spiced and just delicious!
Service war very friendly and attentive.
If i do a reaervation a view days in advanced and w‘re there on time, i expect to get the table without 15-20min waiting...but thats how it is...!
The food was delicious and we would come again...thank you!
This was our first time at NOPI and we had a brilliant evening! It was great to try lots of new dishes, and we probably slightly over ordered in excitement - I recommend sharing a main dish between two and then ordering a few starter/sharer dishes to experience as much as possible. There's a really nice atmosphere in the restaurant, quite casual but also special, and the service was impeccable.
Excellent food and service! They accommodated a last minute additional guest and worked with another member of our party who has food allergies. For the rest of us the menu was spectacular and the prices were reasonable. Great experience! Especially loved the eggplant, the chickpeas, the scallops, the pork belly.
We love Nopi and have been several times. On previous visits every dish has been incredible but we were disappointed this time as we had to wait 20 minutes for our reserved table to be ready (with no comp drink offered) and a few dishes this time - the cauliflower fritters and hibiscus cabbage were both a bit bland. The tomatoes and scallops were both delicious. At dessert time a waitress brought an extra dessert, a sorbet with Happy Birthday and a candle, reminding me I’d ticked ‘Birthday ‘ on the Open Table booking when asked if it was a special occasion, because it was my husbands birthday. This was a cute touch, but we were then flabbergasted to see we had been charged for the sorbet in the bill! A really odd beginning and ending to our experience and as a result we probably won’t rush back.
I and my friend were utterly delighted. The food, as well as the service, was impeccable. And the shift manager lady was most charming and charismatic. Through our stomachs to our hearts. Sweetness and light! I look forward to the next time.
Lunch at the bar counter was an excellent experience. The bartenders were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The small plates were ideal for sharing. The food was clean and delicious.
This is the third time we have gone to Nopi in as many trips to London from the States. I have thought of this as my favorite food ever from past experiences. I own three of Ottolenghi's cook books. I love the inventiveness and diversity of this chef's fare. As a vegetarian, there is so much for us to choose from. We saved Nopi for our last night in London and I told our traveling companions all about how amazing this experience would be.
I am sorry to say that I was disappointed this visit. The crush of people and the noise made the actual experience of dining so unpleasant. The poor wait staff was overwhelmed and obviously not able to keep up.
The food was no where near as precise and beautiful as times past, nor did it conform to what the menu promised. The drinks were too sweet. The burrata- bland (the peaches were not grilled, the coriander not fully roasted.) The hot dishes weren't brought out hot. The coffee came out cold.
I gave it a "good" because it was "good" compared to just any place, but one expects much more from this chef and for these prices.
I felt like the chef wasn't really there at all. Maybe it's time for Ottolenghi to check on things again and make sure that the food being served in his name lives up to his expectations.
The food and service were really excellent. We'll probably come again next time we are in London.
Absolutely perfect ! Loved the ambiance and the food was phenomenal
Great food and generous service from entire team especially Connor who looked after us exquisitely.’the flavours amazing and incredible culinary tour of so many places. Highly recommended
Great. Loved the vegetable dishes.
Dinner with friends, sharing is caring ❤️
We did especially love the vegeterian dishes, the service and the atmosphere!
Left the restaurant with a smile on our faces and the Simple-cook book in our bags.
We visited from Amsterdam! And iT was the best! Very delicious and such special food.
What a wonderful lunch we had. A great experience from almost every perspective. The only improvement we coudl suggest is having a soft floor covering to reduce the sound level. The food was brilliant, both in the originality of the dishes and the experience of eating them.
Excellent food, good service. The wine list is good, but unless you know the wines then the listing could do with more explanation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and all our meal choices. Our only comment would be that it would be nice to have a wine choice under £30 per bottle.
I love the food at NOPI - exquisite vegetarian dishes and delicious cocktails. Seemed really loud this time, maybe just an exuberant crowd!
Creative cocktails, great wine list, delicious food, excellent service!
