The food, wine and service were all fantastic. The veggie dishes were the star of the show and I'd strongly recommend going out on a limb and trying things you have never tried before, as the tastes and textures are all outstanding. One thing I was a bit disappointed by is that I told them when I made the reservation that our visit was for my fiance's birthday, and then I reminded them of this when they called to confirm the reservation - and they said they'd be sure to do something nice for him. In spite of this, they didn't do anything special for us, which was awkward as the table beside us had small dessert with a birthday candle brought to them, and my fiance got all happy thinking it was for him - only for it to be dropped on the table beside ours.

Once again Ottolenghi and his team provided a wonderful high quality experience with fantastic fresh dishes and interesting wines. The staff were friendly and professional. The decor is minimal and stylish. It's not too loud so perfect for our intermit occasion. And on learning it was my partners birthday they brought a complimentary pudding with and a candle and chocolate 'Happy Birthday' - such a nice gesture. I would recommend Nopi to anyone looking for a special meal out.

I was so excited to be eating at Nopi. As a big fan of Ottolenghi’s recipes through his books, I had high expectations and was not disappointed. Excellent choices and the descriptions on the menu were terrific. It was a birthday treat and we had travelled all the way from Australia. Loved it. Good service and help with selecting wine.

Having a Ottolenghi Cookbook at home, we were fearing a disappointment when visiting one of his restaurants in London. However, we had a fabulous time at the Nopu, with very attentive waiter personel and excellent food!

A lovely lunch in a nice atmosphere with wonderful hosts. My daughter (12 years old) and I enjoyed the food and (me) the orange wine!

WE may not have ordered as imaginatively as we might have but given that we cook regularly form the Ottolenghi cookbooks, the food was not as interesting as I had hoped.

Excellent, as always. Delicious food, nice service, interesting wine list. We have been here several times and it is a definite favourite when we visit London.

As a fan of the many cookbooks generated by this organization, my expectations were very high. The food did not disappoint in anyway, except for the lack of gluten free bread option. The food was brought out as it was ready and taken away at appropriate times. The primary server for our table seemed overworked and spread too thin though. Despite a set time limit with our reservation (its either 90 minutes or 120 minutes depending on your reservation) the staff was not able to get our dessert order or a bill on a timely basis (never did have dessert). We had one wine that we felt was off and although they graciously and appropriately replaced it, I had asked that the wine be checked and to report back if bottle was bad or it was my palette. That never happened.

Nopi is a beautiful restaurant, the service is excellent and ambiance is enjoyable. All of this is just bonus though. The food is out of this world and it would be worth visiting for that alone. Every dish is gorgeously crafted and intelligent without being pretentious. A Triumph.

I Love NOPI. The food is incredible and great for sharing. Everyone should experience both the restaurant and large tables downstairs. Super design throughout including the toilets.

Our second time in two months and it was as delicious as the first time. Went back on a visit from the US to London and it didn't disappoint. Friendly service, lively atmosphere, delicious dishes and great for tasting and sharing.

Our first time at NOPI, and it was very impressive. This is all about the food - a highly original mix of flavours, textures and surprises. I would recommend going to the sharing menus and trying as many different things as possible.
One word of caution - we ordered too many of the dishes for 2 of us, and had to leave some behind. Five is plenty for 2 hungry people!
The wine list was somewhat disorientating. They focus on unusual wines, which is fine, but in this situation, you need to be guided more than usual perhaps. We spent a lot on a French Loire valley wine which was fine, I guess, but not what we had been expecting, and it did not complement the food at all well.
Other than that, the service was very friendly and very efficient, and we had a nice evening.

The food was good, but the service was lacklustre at best and the noise was unbearable. I expected NOPI to be more a fine dining experience compared to Ottolenghi’s deli’s, but the atmospherebatntje deli’s, especially Spitalfields is much better. Won’t go back to NOPI

OK, being a fan of Ottolenghi's food and his books, makes a London trip the occasion for one or more feasts at his table. Nopi is a true culinary heaven.

This place is unique and delicious. Try as many things as possible - small plates are the way to go here, and be adventurous. Press the wait staff for suggestions and look around. Ottolenghi is a culinary gem!

Great food and lively atmosphere. Friendly and efficient waiter who was helpful with our choice of wine and food. We went for the sharing plates, better than the main dishes we felt, and strongly recommend the lamb and the aubergine. Other dishes were good but these stood out for us.

Service very rushed. For a two hour booking the food came far too quickly. After an hour we felt that we were being pushed. Wine list limited and staff did not have knowledge of the wines.
Staff appeared to have insufficient training for an expensive restaurant. When we had food on our plates and our knife and fork in our hands to be asked if the table could be cleared was very challenging.
Food was really good and interesting.
Disappointing - we had our mind set on this being a highlight and we were very disappointed.

Attentive service, super clear cooking with each ingredient celebrated. A very nice meal in total although I found this an expensive meal for the food. Unlikely to return because of this. Perhaps for a simpler lunch maybe.

Nopi is a restaurant that is a cut above the usual with a wide variety of interesting and unusual dishes that were beautifully cooked and presented. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the wines so we had the perfect wine to match our selection of dishes. This comes at a price but it is well worth paying for special occasions and the creative cuisine.

Very attentive and friendly service. Lovely lunch with excellent wine.
The only slight drawback was a steak option which was included on the lunchtime menu and 2 of us were going to order but were then told was not served at lunchtime. Nonetheless would definitely recommend.

Excellent choice and a very varied menu. The option to take a range of dishes rather than the usual starter-main-dessert was slightly confusing, but well explained by staff and definitely the best way to go. The wine list was also excellent - well priced and interesting to try orange (rather than just red, white or rose). The little treat for my partner's birthday made the evening even more special.
