I really enjoy the food North Italia and I am aware it's quite noisy on most any day. The service last night was lacking, I had to ask numerous times for our waitress just to place my order. Drinks from the bar were very slow and then delivered to the wrong table, as was our food. My only other comment was that we were seated right in front of the window where they are making pasta so every few minutes we had people standing at our table taking pictures and bumping into us to get a closer look. I recommend North Italia for the food but this time service & ambiance was way off.

This is the second time at this restaurant, both times we ordered appetizers, a pizza, a pasta dish, and dessert. Didn’t enjoy the two pastas dishes (bolognese and glazed short rib cavatelli) we ordered but we did like the pig pizza, spicy meatball pizza, meatball appetizer, and calamari appetizer. The hazelnut torta dessert was possibly a 3/5 and the tiramisu was a 2/5. Not disgusting but also not great. The restaurant itself is beautiful, waitresses have been kind and attentive, and there’s a lot of parking in the attached garage. Probably won’t be back again due to only enjoying the appetizers and pizza, we can get the same quality and more inexpensive elsewhere.

Seems like either a new chef has taken over or the recipes have changed. None of the food tastes the same as before. Pasta sauces are clearly different from color to taste. Service was mediocre as server was not very tentative.

Hostess was not nice, and was reserving tables for people who did not even show up for their reservation. This forced us to sit at an uncomfortable table even though we asked to be moved. Half the restaurant was empty anyways.

Really great service and a lovely ambiance. I’ve been to North before for dinner, but this was the first time I went for brunch and they didn’t disappoint. The omelette was fluffy with a lot of flavor and the short rib hash was so delightful. I’ll definitely be back.

North Italia was amazing! This was our first time at the BLVD location. We started with the white truffle garlic bread and shrimp scampi. These were both to die for and delicious. The shrimp was perfectly smoky and the sauce was sooo flavorful. The white truffle garlic bread spread was deliciously creamy and perfectly balanced in flavor. We ordered the spicy meatball pizza with the chili oil on the side (it’s definitely worth putting on the side because it was very spicy). It’s definitely worth trying the bamba style at least once. It’s a cheese and red pepper spread that you can dip your crust in and it’s served chilled. Really interesting flavor and not spicy. Overall an amazing experience and we will be returning!

I love your food, but today we sat outside and after 15 that we complained of nobody coming into our table, not even to offer water , a girl, who wasn’t our waiter took our order. Our waiter barely came to our table, that girl was the one who was coming and other guys. For a restaurant that category, I think I should not wait more than 15 minutes for someone to cross my table and so I can complain about no one coming ! I was very disappointed

We really enjoyed our lunch at North Italia, the hostesses are top notch! We requested a table for four but also had an infant in a stroller and they were able to find us seating with extra room, which worked out well. Our server was great and the mushroom pizza was fantastic. Also the short rib pasta and salmon was excellent. We will definitely return here soon!

Great service is the game here, consistent food, wonderful attention to detail in the presentation, superb in house made products! North Italia should the standard other restaurants should emulate; kudos to North Italia! The noise level was great since we sat in the new wing, even though about the time we were close to being done - the opened the barrier - and the noise level grew. Noise is not typically a major issue here since NA is a chick magnet! Great job with Safety Control measures your help instill consumer confidence upon measures for personal safety.
