This is a strange restaurant. Huge place, loads of staff, but hardly any diners. The food is average but expensive. I got the impression that they must mainly cater for outside parties as there were two delivery vans parked outside, and we weren't able to order some things on the menu because they said they were working on a large outside order. Would not recommend!
I enjoy good Lebanese food and London has many great options. This is NOT one of them. Poor quality, poor taste far below standard. I could get as good at a street vendor but paid top London price.
Our first Lebanese meal as a family of 6, they could not have been more gracious, helpful and the food was amazing. Already recommended to a number of friends.
Too busy dealing with their take always orders to give the guests in their restaurant any attention. Food arrived haphazardly and staff incapable to provide any service.
Wedding anniversary visiting London from the US. Wife had been there twice and recommended it for the anniversary.
Great food and very good portions, they were able to accommodate a larger group size at the last minute
Rather soulless restaurant near Victoria. Thought it would be good for a catch up lunch with a friend but the food was dull and they got a couple of things wrong with our order which made us feel bad although they were very good about sorting.
Absolutely loved it! We had the mixed grill and lamb cutlets. Shame there wasn't more food on the plate.
Very disappointing lunch,
lamb & Chicken dishes were overcooked and dry.
Dessert Ice cream had chunks of ICE in it.
Service a bit slap dash.
un ristorante classico, e che rispetta interamente le aspettative; servizio accurato ma non invadente, sempre attento e pronto; piatti ben presentati e ottimi nella esecuzione; un posto di quelli in cui poi si ritorna
Always consistently good. I’ve been to Noura many times and have never been dissapointed.
Every time we go to London (from our home in Florida) we have to get our Noura “fix.” The one in Belgravia is a lovely restaurant with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a set menu with an assortment of different foods since we don’t know Lebanese food well. Everything was delicious! But then, every time we have gone it has been wonderful !
We had an enjoyable evening although I don't think we chose very well. The prawns were amazing.
There's a reason why this restaurant still attracts people. Great food, good service with full of smile.
Nice food and good and efficient service. Would recommend this restaurant.
Excellent food, very authentic and fresh. Delicious falafel. Efficient and nice service. The place is a bit noisy but it's what you get with a restaurant where you can book a table for 10 for the same evening. This is a large place, and they can accommodate big families and parties.
Not cheap, but this is London.
Great place and wonderful food!
Nice place, good food and service. If you like Lebanon cucine this restaurant is ideal
excellent food, excellent service from Shaheen. Made to feel very welcome
The food was good enough , we all enjoyed Lebanese food. The service was swift and friendly. What was not so good was that we asked for a bottle of”house red “
and when the bill came we were frankly appalled to see that the wine cost £39. Some of us were reluctant to pay the suggested gratuity for this reason. It spoiled an otherwise good evening.
The food was great but the staff could be pushy about you ordering something more expensive as you were ordering.
This is a very welcoming restaurant. Everything is super fresh and delicious. What more can I say, it was a great evening - our second visit and we will return again soon.
Went for Evening dinner with Colleagues. Service was acceptable with no real complaints, humus and bread was good. The main .eals left a lot to be desired. The chicken was dry with little flavour with salad thrown on the side.
Have been going to Noura for years with family. Everything is done to a consistent standard and the service is excellent. Unfortunately something is going wrong because when we left shortly after nine on a Friday evening, the place was empty!
maybe the menu needs renewal, it has not changed in all the time we have been going. The fixed menus are a good option but unless you are in a large group, they are too much food. Individually, a la carte is very costly.
The wine list gets a bit steep fairly quickly but there are very good value Lebanese options.
We'll keep going for the convenience and consistency but it could do with a shake-up for atmosphere.
Phenomenal Lebanse food with stellar service. Right around the corner from Buckingham Palace in case you have been visiting royalty and need a bite to eat afterwards. :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our good quality and tasty food. Very posh kebabs and loads of vegetables.
Although the service, ambience and food is good at this restaurant, I would not recommend to take a toddler there as 1) the restaurant was not able to customise any of the dishes to cater for our toddler and 2) there is NO nappy changing facility there. We had to change our toddler's nappy on the floor and as a parent I do not want any one else to have to change their child's nappy on the floor of a premium restaurant. If this was not an issue, I would definitely visit again, but I have to say I'm put off from visiting again.
Quiet night, didn't find staff that friendly given that it wasn't even busy.
Husband and I had a lovely lunch at this restaurant. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday lunch time but this meant that we had an amazingvlevel of service, which was friendly and professional. Good choice of meze and various platters to choose from. Good value for a special lunch.
Very delicious food. The mixed grill was exceptional. Traditional flavours, in a modern setting.
Excellent service, extremely hospitable. Great food , lovely presentation and a nice environment. Highly recommended for delicious food!
Wonderful food as always. Great service. Considering the central london location pricing is decent value. The lamb - in stark contrast to many other Lebanese london eateries - is excellent!
The food was delicious and portion sizes were perfect. But the price was high in comparison. The most expensive kebab I have ever eaten.
Extremely loud place when full. Food only average with very dry chicken, and they were out of lamb shawarma at 8pm. There are better Lebanese places for less money in central London.
Expensive for what is a very average meal. Unclear set menu. Atmosphere is OK, but noisy (despite being half full), and the table was rather smaller and more cramped than needed.
Food was very good and great location for Apollo Victoria. The restaurant was next to empty, but the service wasn't particularly good. Staff seemed more interested in moving tables around than waiting on customers. As we didn't have any issues with the food, this didn't impact on our meal.
Great place good location great food and lovely staffs. We ejoyed our good will be back soon
Great food and first class service, a wide range of dishes to suit all tastes.
We have frequented Noura for a number of years and are never disappointed. Attentive, warm personal service and consistently delicious food. Really. Highly recommended.
More, please and thank you:
We arrived late, much to my waiting friend's chagrin, but the restaurant couldn't have been nicer (and I was in a particularly foul mood due to a long delayed taxi ride so they had to feed us quickly as we were heading for theatre). Food was delivered speedily and was quite delicious - hummus, tabouleh, stuffed vine leaves and falafel were all as delicious as they were quick. Staff couldn't have been more obliging, even doggy bagging up the stuff we couldn't eat given the hurry. Some decent wines topped it out well. It's not cheap, the decor is a little antiseptic and it's not the most exciting part of town but I'd give Noura another go, preferably when not in such a rush.
