The food was amazing & the ambience lovely. We stayed there for more than three hours.
Definitely recommended & will be visiting the restaurant & the bar downstairs soon.
i have been there few times and always had a good service and good food. it would be nice if i could go more often but enjoying bringing people to taste the food and appreciate the difference with what could be bought in the shop.
Small bistro with great food. The staff are lovely.
Great place to eat out with a nice buzz, food is lovely and the waitress was very friendly! I would recommend.
good food and attentive service. Lovely decor. Bit noisy from bass music next door/ downstairs?
Food and vibe was great, but as here was only one front of house staff member the whole experience felt a bit rushed. She was absolutely brilliant, but one person has a capacity of how much time and focus they can give to each table
The food was excellent. However, on the instance we went, there was no maitre d'. The Table service was slow.
By far, one of the best restaurants in South East London. In fact, the entire city. Your tastebuds will thank you!
I love this restaurant. The food is flavourful & always interesting, with dishes like quail, rabbit & duck in addition to more conventional North African cuisine like tagines & couscous. The service is friendly & efficient & they are open on occasions like New Year's eve, when the neighbouring restaurants are all closed. They also have a handy bar downstairs.
What a great find. Lovely food, cocktails and restaurant. Such a variety of food on the menu there is something for everyone. Will be back soon
I can’t fault the food or service (the tagines were divine)!however there was a private party going on downstairs which you had to battle through to get to the toilet which was in a terrible state.
Enjoyable evening. The restaurant was packed and somewhat noisy. That may explain why I was served with a slightly different meal from the one I ordered. I had to check with the menu when ordering dessert. 😀
Shared platter starter was slow in coming but we'll worth the weight and price. Main was to be chicken couscous, but came with bread. Loved it. Will come again for couscous!
Pudding: pear and almond tart tasted fabulous. Pastry was delicious and crumbly. Would have liked a second helping
All in all a lovely experience, but I would try a quieter night if there is one.
Beautiful food and great ambience! We enjoyed two platters a few tagines and the tastiest lamb cuttlets ever. Will definitely come back. Great house wines too.
We had a good meal here. We were sad the bar wasn't open for cocktails but the wine was great. The food was very good.. The tagines are super hot. They steamed up the windows! Very tasty. The lady serving was friendly and checking we were ok. Good find in crystal palace.
The private party down stairs ruined my dining experience.
But my food was exquisite
Chef did a profound job with our meal
Olives and bits were not rich in look and taste but the drinks and main were perfect
Sitting to close for comfort but overall the experience was ok. Will definitely order for takeaway but not dining.
Food was brilliant atmosphere was also great, would definitely go back again only drawback was had to wait for our drinks but then again was a busy night but was well impressed overall
Visited for Valentine's Day. Lovely food, really moreish and good portions. Would recommend the mezze sharing platter to start. Friendly service. After paying we were then invited to the downstairs bar for a free glass of prosecco, where a live band were playing. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.
My dining experience at Numidie was exceptional! Me and my went for Valentine’s Day. The food was to die for, homemade deliciousness with a fine dining delivery! The two waitresses that were working that night were brilliant. Very friendly and hard working and never kept you waiting. We were given a complementary Prosecco at the end of our meal which was a welcomed gesture.
The ambience was on point too. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be returning.
We went here for a birthday meal and it was fantastic. The tagines are very tasty and grilled meat was really good.
Usually very good. Little below par i am afraid this time around. Some of the food was not very nice. Credit to the restaurant they deducted the meal we were not happy with without us asking.
Lovely food and drinks, the place is beautiful and the people working there are super nice. Definitely one of our favourite restaurants in Crystal Palace.
Fabulous Christmas dinner... lovely service.
nice atmosphere food was brilliant have eaten here before for Christmas dinner and has always been lovely.
Christmas dinner once again was tasty and great value. Staff friendly and very attentive, highly recommended.
Very good food and decent sized portions. Friendly service. Dined here several times and always enjoyed it.
Enjoyed the food and it was all well cooked and seasoned, Not bland at all. Will defiantly return
Some of the starters were overpriced certainly for a restaurant in Crystal Palace, as were the cocktails. One or two of the mains were misrepresented e.g. The rack of lamb does not equate to 3 small chos even if they were well cooked. We have been going since it opened and the portions are getting smaller while the prices are increasing.
Lovely local restaurant with relaxed vibe, perfect if you love middle eastern food. Their lamb tagine is to die for.
The food was good but I found the service a bit patchy. Everyone was really friendly but it didn't seem like there was anyone specifically looking after us. It took a while to get a menu, then once we'd been served our food we didn't see anyone again until we literally flagged someone down to get more drinks.
Fantastic, we will be back! The food was great, wine fantastic, service was top notch!
A nice meal.
Lovely food and service. Nice atmosphere and decor. Would definitely come again
I love Numidie, the food is amazing, the service excellent and the place has a really nice friendly vibe.
I've come here on a number of occasions, with a group of friends, with my parents and just with one friend for a dinner get-together. Every time has been great.
I'll definitely be back as soon as possible.
The atmosphere is lovely. Food is delicious with a variety of choices
Most recent of several meals here. Food as good as ever especially the rabbit tagine
very good food (rabbit tangine, lamb cutlets, sea bass & starters) and friendly service, we really enjoyed, recommended
As always the food was very tasty and the service good. Only one negative comment - the kir royale tasted very sweet as thought it had sugar in it- maybe not made with cassis? Overall thought a very good meal with interesting food and well prepared dishes
Great location and great food along with excellent service. The acoustics were a bit overpowering ( hard to hear yourself think) and air conditioning would have been a bonus by the end of the evening.
Will go again
Food was interesting and tasty, but the service was very slow. It was relatively busy, but it was an hour wait for our mains to come out, with no updates from staff.
First time visit, will be back. Good atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Menu had a good variety of dishes and the food was delicious.
Numidie is a local favourite, so to go for a meal on my Birthday seemed like a good idea. It's a wonderful place for some wonderful ethnic comfort food! We had to move the booking by 15 mins several times as we were running late, but they had absolutely no issue with that! They did seem to lose that it was my B'day amongst all that and so there was no mention of it at all - which is fine but unusual! We asked about the chicken livers which are often on the menu but weren't on that day and the waitress said just to add it to the booking and they'd try to get them in if they had time.
