Really nice but please make your food hotter!!! The lasagne was just warm
great pasta! we were left at the door for a few minutes without being greeted but after that everything was great including service
Great if you love mozzarella and the burrata was excellent. A fancy Italian possibly not quite worth the extra cost.
Everything was great. Fresh tasting food, good service and pleasant atmosphere. Nice bar area for drinks too. Would definitely go again.
I've walked past Obica daily for months and decided to have dinner there. Mozzarella heaven, normally I wouldn't have the same thing for both courses but I couldn't resist. The quality and taste of the food is top notch.
Lovely authentic Italian food and friendly staff - will definitely be back!
Went for lunch with a friend on a busy Thursday. The waiting staff were really friendly and attentive. Our orders were taken promptly and the food arrived in good time, too. My friend and I ordered pizzas and they were tasty, fresh and hot. All-in-all, a v good place for lunch where the quality of food was good and the service was great.
Service was good and the food was lovely. Very authentic Italian!
The food was okay, the service amazing Ricardo was really good and very smiley. The price is very high for what you get though. Quality is good but not wow.
Yummy food from Starters to Grappa & coffee finish!
One of my favourite places to dine as I just want to try everything on the menu
Amazing food and service, pasta was incredible
Very nice meal and the mozzarella didn't disappoint!
Small plate portions ridiculously small and uninspired. For example, the anchovy small plate was literally 5 measly fillets that looked like they were taken direct out of a can along with 4 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes. The baccala croquettes were ok but only 2. Sauteed porcinis with toast very average - could have easily been made at home. Friend had pizza which she enjoyed. Service was fine. Overall think this place is not worth the money.
We had a nice table where we could talk and the eIter was very helpful.
Food was also very nice.
Very friendly and smiley staff and amazing menu with lots of options. Although would be useful to have vegetarian labels not just vegan ones.
Very disappointing. The food fell short of expectations, in particular, the lasagne and salt cod starter dish weren't great. The bread and burrata were very good but it worked out pretty expensive overall considering only a fraction of the dishes were good.
The food was great. It was my first time at the restaurant. I used to go the Canary Wharf one but started thinking was overpriced. Definitely here wasn’t. The stracciatela was amazing. Super softy. The lasagna was beautiful and smelling amazing.
I choose the pasta with more mozzarella.
The only thing the service was a bit slow. Don’t sit in the tables by the window. As the waitress will be looking to the other side.
Worth a try; relaxed and pleasant amabience, food and wine reasonably priced for the location, with service knowledgeable and attentive.
Delicious food and amazing service with a very smily waiter!
- The food was alright nothing special but our starter bread was very very salty
Loved this place...amazing options for Mozzarella
Great lunchtime spot casual enough for friends but all works when you have limited time for a more informal business lunch.
Having no baby changer in any bathroom makes it a non inclusive place. we had to change our baby at the table
Great spot for a casual lunch, not very formal so best for meeting friends. Competitive priced menu.
Fantastic food, great venue. We had a G&T each which were Devine! We will be returning very soon
Service was a bit slow. Seemed short of waiting staff.
Great location and friendly waiting staff. Mozzarella/ burrata was overpriced and didn't taste very nice. Tomatoa pasta was OK with too al dente. Cacio e pepe was great as were the desserts we had (tiramisu & cake + ice cream combo).
The staff are fantastic, incredible friendly and fun even during a busy lunch shift.
The pizza = epic!!!
A very good meal. Just a little difficult to attract waiting staff’s attention and I always find this restaurant a bit too noisy when full. But the food was really excellent and overall it was a very good experience.
It’s gone downhill. Bad food, corporate ambience, indifferent staff. They couldn’t even offer a bread basket when I went. What kind of restaurant runs out of bread baskets.
Our waitress struggled with the idea we didn't want to sit right next to another table in a fairly empty restaurant. The olives ordered never arrived (but at least weren't charged for).
That aside the food was fine and arrived fairly swiftly, the ambience was good and the environment not too noisy. Happy to go back
Restaurante has a very good ambience and it is very elegant! Staff is amazing specially two portuguese gentleman that were very kind, professional and gave us very good suggestions about the food. Some plates are slightly overpriced but I will still go back there. The alcohol free cocktails are great. Generally a very nice place to spend your evening with friends and also for a romantic dinner 😊
Service wasnt great but food was good. We went on a Wednesday night, not too busy - I would worry if it were any busier given the absence of any awareness from the servers - our main plates stayed on our table for about 40 minutes with no offer of dessert so we just requested the bill once our server re-appeared back onto the floor. Food was nice though, I would return to give another chance and if the same then refuse to pay the service charge which was added.
The food was very good, but the service was appalling. For an Italian bar, the choice of good wines from the region wasn’t great either.
Great food as always and service was good as well!
Nice food - shame about the service.
Upon arriving at Obicà Mozzarella bar we were told that we would need to vacate our table in 1hr 15 mins. Not the best welcome when I was intending to treat my team to a nice long lunch (and spend a lot of money in the process). We were then rushed through ordering, waiters tried to clear our plates before we had finished (several times) and we were offered dessert menus before they were promptly withdrawn because ‘we didn’t have time’.
I won’t be ‘rushing’ to return
Really tasty pizza
Service was exceptional, the food was delicious! The only down side was the bread we had on the side was a little stale. Overall it was a wonderful evening!
We booked a table for the afternoon anticipating the restaurant being quieter for an easier discussion.
The restaurant was nearly empty apart from us and everything was clean and well organised.
The initial service was a little slow but the waiter handled our orders including allergies for one of the diners without any problems.
The food arrived quickly and was fresh, the portions were reasonable. One of our party had pizza which was good, I had a chicken salad which lacked anything special in terms of flavour.
Settling the bill took some time as I suppose the staff were using the quiet period for prep and conversation.
Overall the price paid and the ambience were good but the food and the service were simply average.
I have eaten in the Canary Wharf restaurant where the food was excellent but the venue less enjoyable, I would come again but stick to some of the more flavoursome options on the menu.
Great lunch spot for catching up with friends and lovely fresh food
