Oka Kingly Court
The menu showcases a selection of homemade hosomaki, Uramaki, Nigiri, sashimi and Plates alongside an abundance of carefully chosen authentic Robata grill dishes like bulgogi beef, yakiniku rib eye steak, kimchi chicken, Mongolian lamb and miso black cod. The drinks list includes Dewazakura ‘Oka’ Sake, Japanese ‘hibiki’ whisky along with specialty cocktail menu which use ingredients like lemongrass, lychee, fresh wasabi and many more.
Food absolutely delicious and service good. It’s a great spot to eat - small but within kingly court so buzzy too. Two day’s on I’m still thinking about the food
Great food and we were well looked after and I felt COVID Safe guidelines were adhered to.
One of the best sushi in town. Music was a little too loud and tables are a bit too small and chairs not super comfortable. The quality of the food made me forget the rest though.
Excellent cocktails also
A treat as usual!! Probably one of my favourite places!!! Def going back again soon!!!
Amazing food, drinks and service, and an even better playlist!
First time back to Oka since before lockdown in March. It was its usual excellent standard. I would eat here every day if I could. We went early and it was full by 6pm. Staff were great - efficient and friendly. We had prawn tempura, asparagus, dragon roll, and the usual sashimi and nigiri. All fabulous. Highly recommend. And the house wine is good.
Felt very rushed. No one came over to explain that the menu was now a QR code system so we wasted time waiting to be served.
Then when we finally got some starters and were eating, we had someone come over and tell us the table was required back in 10 mins so do we want to order any last minute food. We didn’t order anymore as 10 mins doesn’t seem adequate time to order, receive and eat and be out.
Lovely food, haven’t yet found anywhere else with such a delicious menu!
Waited for 10-15 mins For our table as it wasn’t ready meaning our meal was rushed.
foods good but nowhere near as good as primrose hill
Food sooooo yummy, especially tuna tartare. Staff friendly and efficient, particularly our main waiter who was lovely and attentive without being in your face.
Great location, good sushi and very friendly service
Fantastic evening, delicious food, great company.
Extremely good service and food as usual! The only thing I would say given the current situation, I think the restaurant could have done more in the sense of social distancing. I understand it’s a small space, so using every table is necessary, but I have been to other similar restaurants that have screens up between each table. With the pandemic this is the only downfall I found and think the restaurant should consider extra measures, but besides that nothing to complain about!
Amazing food as always!
Super friendly staff & the food is just beyond. I’m so addicted I get a takeaway on a regular basis. One of the best sushi restaurants in the west end!
Doesnt worth it.
Staff was amazing, though! Very kind and helpful.
Seriously adore this place, my favorite place to eat Sushi and the Litchi Mojito is amazing.
Cosy Place in an amazing venue (Kingley Court) , great food.
The salmon tartar is excellent , so is the sushi. Great lichee mojito. The salmon tataki less good.
So glad I chose to come here we had a lovely mix of fresh and flavourful food! Will be back! Tempura soft shell crab was amazing
Friendly staff and excellent sushi.
Can't wait to go back!
Such a great sushi experience.
Highly recommended if you’re in London
Amazing food, such good value for money. One of my favourite sushi places. The staff are lovely and accomdating too!
Thank you as always!
The sushi was absolutely delicious, the teriyaki salmon main was enormous and really fresh, even the asparagus was exciting and excellent. Very impressed with the meal. My only comment would be that they could do with some cheaper wine on the menu but having said that, the Reisling we had was very good.
Food is amazing here, service is attentive and quick. Social distancing measures make it a lot more chilled than it used to be, as it's quite small and tables are now a lot more spaced out. One of my favourites spots!
Good but way below the level of the Chelsea branch.
Amazing variety of sushis, specialties are the best
BEST SUSHI IVE HAD! Great vibe, staff energy and food. Especially the rainbow roll and the white choc and matcha warm cookie dough with the coconut icecream. Will be my go-to japanese/sushi restaurant in London now!
Amazing food and service
My favourite restaurant in London
Awesome food as always
This was my second time visiting the restaurant and it lived up to my brilliant first experience. The food was exceptional and very generous for the price so overall great value for money. Drinks were ok and service was very good, the wait staff also gave great suggestions to one of the diners in my party who was new to sushi. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively and it was clear other diners had a wonderful experience also.
Amazing food and lovely staff. On pricier side for dinner but worth it for sushi lovers
Very friendly - my friend was almost an hour late and they kept my reservation. / were very nice about it and allowed me to sit and wait. Food was great!
Wow what an experience as always
EXTRA KUDOS TO THE MALE WAITER (Tall with dark features) and service - absolutely exceptional service from start to finish, give him a pay rise! Staying cool headed under some serious pressure, I wouldn’t have coped. The female Waiter was equally as good, it was just nice to see some extra charisma and positivity present when it got ridiculously busy in there.
Of course as always the food was impeccable, any issues we had were sorted instantaneously and tirelessly by the waiters on top of their game. We look forward to visiting again, we recommend this place to anyone looking to have the highest quality of sushi in London.
Such great sushi & a wonderful staff. Everything tastes very high quality and the fish was really fresh. Great value for money as well- one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in London.
Easy to get to from Oxford Circus st. A little tricky as you have to go into the kingly court centre where they’re beautiful little places to eat and drink. At Oka; greeted and seated by friendly staff, waiter engaged and attentive. Good was amazing and very reasonable because of 50%help to eat out, but original bill still not too bad for such amazing sushi! The restaurant itself, is quite small, but you can tell that it’s well managed.
Everything was amazing and fresh. Waitstaff was very attentive and accommodating.
Food was absolutely delicious and the service was very good.
Amazing! My favourite sushi restaurant in London! Will always come back
Our favourite place for Sushi when in London. Excellent food, ambience, service and value.
My new favourite restaurant in London. Been twice in the past couple of weeks it’s FANTASTIC. I’ll be back soon.
Lovely, colourful, cozy with the lights and very colourful.
Noise atmosphere wasnt too loud and not silent either, so it was very pleasant. Loved it!
