Visited the Stag and Huntsman for my daughter’s birthday. Tis was the first time we had visited the locality which is wonderful. The pub lived up to what we expected in terms of the ambience although the service was slow and we had to constantly ask for assistance for drinks or for our order to be taken etc. The starters of the soup of the day and the pigeon were great. The mains – we all went for roasts as it was Sunday – were good but mine was pretty much cold but I didn’t complain as it was my daughter’s birthday and she was happy. Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and would recommend it completely. MoreOpenTable Diner -

The ASK Italian restaurant in Abingdon occupies a beautiful old building on The Square – Pulpit House, the former Abingdon Congregational Church. Directly in front of the restaurant we have a pretty outdoor seating area for dining al fresco. Abingdon is a pretty town, and our prime position is within easy walking distance of the local high street and independent shops, the lovely Abbey Gardens, Abbey Meadows and outdoor pool, and our very lovely town square. Whether you’re in town to meet friends or family, doing a little shopping, or taking a river cruise up the Thames to Oxford, you’ll find the friendly service and excellent food at ASK Italian are well worth the visit.More
Our ASK Italian restaurant in Oxford is on George Street, in the heart of this most beautiful of cities. We recommend visitors wander the various Oxford university colleges (Balliol, St John’s and Nuffield are our closest), as well as Carfax Tower, Tom Tower, Oxford Castle, Christ Church Cathedral and the High Street with the Church of St Mary the Virgin. All that sightseeing will build up an appetite and at ASK you’ll find a diverse menu of traditional Italian dishes and contemporary cuisine. Take a break from shopping at the nearby Clarendon Centre to grab a real Italian coffee, lunch and a light bite, or to sample our refreshing gelati. Oxford’s nightlife ranges from pubs to cultural, so book an evening meal here, accompanied by fine wines and prosecco, and then catch a show at the Oxford New Theatre across the road or any of a number of livelier nightspots.More
Cinnamon Kitchen Oxford is a relaxed all-day dining concept. Like its sister restaurant in London, the restaurant will be serving modern-Indian cuisine with British influences using innovative cooking techniques. The restaurant is open for brunch, lunch and dinner as well as cocktails and light bites from Monday to Sunday.More
Our story begins in Stockholm. Arriving in late March with rivers still frozen, clear blue skies, clean crisp air, amazing food, culture, design and so much innovation – this was to be the first of many trips to Scandinavia and the beginning of a beautiful journey that led us to the KuPP concept.
We wanted to create a quality all day casual dining experience with a strong focus on speciality coffee and one that embraces Scandinavian design, cuisine coupled with sharing what we enjoy in the UK. KuPP. is about sharing a little of what we love about Scandinavia, proudly wrapped up in a big British blanket.
KuPP is about all day casual dining – it’s a place to meet and socialise, to drink, dine, graze and share. From an early morning breakfast to a midmorning coffee, through to lunch (not forgetting afternoon coffee of course), a few cocktails as the sun goes down and a delicious dinner shared with friends and family.More
