Monday to Friday lunch is where we serve our selection of ceviches, along with the best Peruvian burger in London, chargrilled chicken and much more.
The weekend brunch at Pachamama has been widely-regarded as serving the best waffles in London with toppings like fried chicken or plantain and peanut butter.
Dinner at Pachamama is a celebratory affair with a menu of small and large dishes to share. From snacks to ceviches, land, sea and soil, the menu has something for everyone with a focus on bold flavours, citrus and smoke.
The bar at Pachamama serves expertly-made cocktails using only Pisco and is a great place for an after dinner drink or to sit and enjoy the evening over a bottle of wine.
We have several options available to our guests who wish to dine in a private space; from semi-private dining areas that cater for parties of up to fifty-two guests, to private dining caves better suited for intimate occasions with friends, family or business associates.View Private Dining Details
Party of 6 friends, food was fantastic except for the chicken was just, well, a piece of chicken... in particular the sea bass and crab churros were memorable. The cocktails were bizarrely old fashioned, like something my grandmother would have drunk in the ‘70’s.
Our only real gripe was the noise level, or rather the effing DJ who thought we all went to listen to their very average (at best) beats rather than actually eat. Hi Pachamama, you’re running an eating establishment not a nightclub, if I want my ears to bleed and shout at the people sitting next to me I’ll choose to go to a club or bar...
Despite the excellent food we all left with tinnitus and said we would not go back, a real shame.
Ordered the salmon ceviche, sea bream and crispy lamb shoulder to share between two and then the coconut sponge for desert. All the dishes were excellent and the staff were very attentive. Would highly recommend.
You have to like very loud music and a lot of deep fried food. If you, this place is for you.
Helpful and friendly service in a very busy and buzzy restaurant (loud music means you have to shout at many of the tables). Food is tasty and interesting. It doesn't come out cheap, but it's worth it.
Food is fabulous, amazing combination of flavors and ingredients. Staff always very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
We came across Pachamama as it was near to our Hotel. We decided to cancel an existing dinner booking as we had not been to a Peruvian restaurant before and give it a try, we are so glad we did.
The ambience is really nice with a youngish crowd, it may be a bit noisy for some though!
The tapas style of the menu is easy to select a good range of dishes.
The service was excellent too!
Getting a little tired
Great food and service but music was very loud. The food is worth it but it’s not a place for a quit intimate dinner.
A great tasting menu as an introduction to Peruvian cuisine - varied, flavoursome and beautifully presented. Loved the ceviche and the duck was a a firm favourite with the whole table. Got good advice on wine to accompany the meal after trying the pisco sours. Will definitely be back.
Great place and food especially the Duck on Rice!
Only tiny inconvenience is that it can be too loud. But still excellent overall.
The food is incredible here. Service a bit disjointed , not following service steps etc. Great vibe!
Good food, good cocktail and great service. With the explosion of Peruvian or Peruvian fusion restaurant in London, pachamama is still a good choice but it is in the same price band as Chotto Matte, which was outstanding. Time to up your game pachamama.
Delicious sharing plates, helpful staff, good location
Thank you for a great dinner. Your service was very good and the food was delicious
Pricey wine list but very good food.
So much variety here and not a single disappointing dish. Will be back again very soon!
Delicious food and lovely environment. Recommend highly!
The food was really really good, and the place is really cool! it’s different from what we generally see. The only downside is that is was quite busy so getting a hand on waiters was a bit difficult.
Great flavours. Helpful and friendly service.
All courses also the mains are very small but very delicious. You need 3-4 courses per person if you are a little be hungry. A very nice place to eat but noisy.
Really good vibe and food , music a bit too loud and service a bit rushed , could let diners have a bit more time between ordering food and courses etc...
Food was fantastic! Staff super attentive! Music a little loud but in keeping with the theme !
Service is excellent, nice atmosphere, but food is over priced and with very small portion
I have been to this restaurant a few times with friends before and enjoyed the experience but this time the experience was not that pleasant. The food was the biggest disappointment. It was definitely not as good as previously; I found a few dishes either very salty (we had crispy seabass and cod) or without much taste at all (carrot with quinoa). The seabass was very overcooked as well, we expected it will be crispy but not charred, there were a lot of bones it it, but because of the way it is cooked it was very difficult to remove those. The only dish which was ok was the aubergine dish but it was not as good as I remembered from my last visit. Also, we received the dish we did not ask for and later another waiter brought another dish which was for another table again. It seems that there were a few waiters serving us and maybe this is an issue, as they do not know what we ordered. Also, although we were allowed to stay a bit longer than our allocated 1 hour 45 minutes slot (!); it is not a nice experience when you meet with your friend for a dinner and you are under constant time pressure as around 1 hour 30 minutes we felt that we overstayed our welcome. I do not support the strict time slots in the restaurants in general but I think 1 hour 45 minutes slot is not acceptable in the restaurant (unless you go to McDonald's..). Overall, I do not think I will be returning as the food was not very good and rather expensive. Also, around 7pm the loud music started playing (there was a DJ on that night), I think it should be stated somewhere where you book that there is a DJ. I did not expect the night club rather than a restaurant atmosphere. It was not possible to hear anything, I ended up shouting so my friend could hear me at all; not what I expected at all. Very disappointing.
Had an excellent lunch at Pachamama, all of the dishes were fantastic. Will be back!
Food was amazing. But staff were terrible. Made booking for 9pm made to wait for 45 minutes in the bar. Staff all over the place. Not apologetic. Didn't offer any complementary drinks. Then when we finally sat down kept bringing the wrong orders. One we sent back as we said we didn't order it. It was then brought back and we were told we did order it which is extremely rude.
I expected more Side Dishes ( vegetabilisch), Nobody informed us, that Portions are small and no vegetables/ Fries etc additional. My husband went to italian Restaurant and ate Pizza afterwords...
Delicious food with excellent vegetarian and gluten free options.
A truly good and original menu. We had the tasting menu. The waiter was very informative.
Really helpful and friendly staff
Excellent food and Pisco sours.
Absolutely brilliant. The best meal out in London that I've had in a long time. Don't have anything bad to say at all. Would go again tomorrow!
This restaurant requires a deposit with your credit card--not sure why-- most good restaurants have no trouble filling their tables.
The restaurant is VERY loud so not a good place for a conversation. The food was good served tapas style and shared. Do not order the Crispy Sea Bass-- it came as a whole fish and with the extremely small tables was impossible to cut and serve. The staff was attentive and corrected the mistakes (such as not bringing a wine refill until the end of the meal). Not sure I would dine here again since there are so many other restaurants without the hassles.
Lovely helpful staff and amazing food!
Unbelievably LOUD LOUD LOUD. We couldn’t hear one another. The waiting staff couldn’t hear us. Several dishes didn’t reach our table. For me that translated into spending £75 for 1/2 a vegetable dish, 1/4 of a lamb dish which we didn’t order ( ie one small strip) - and a desert . Not ideal
The cocktails and wine were very nice. When you order, the food comes as and when ready. It is very tapas style and good to share but enough to have on your own as well. The portions are decent and the flavours are amazing. The service was impeccable. It was probably not the best place to take my new in-laws as it was too dark for them but we had a torch! I would highly recommend and especially for drinks! The atmosphere is really nice, especially for a lovely date.
Really nice dinner, enjoyed it. Only found that certain dishes were a bit oily, and had too much garlic for my taste even after saying I was very sensitive to it, but that might just be my experience. The deserts were fantastic. Would go back.
Fantastic brunch with excellent food and perfect friendly, informative service
Great experience- would definitely recommend the set menu offered!
