Parkers is a good choice for dinner. It's was a bit pricey. There were noisy boats when we ate dinner. Food was good and the service was good.
The hostess was not very friendly but our server made up for it!
Great view of Long Beach harbor. Food is very good with plenty of options. Full bar and ample beer menu
Great ambiance and wonderful view of the harbor! We always order the cheese garlic bread....what a treat!
We went to celebrate a graduation and I thought it was a great ambiance to make for a perfect evening. We were able to sit outside with a great view of the harbor, which I was we not expecting (nor requested) since we had a party of 6+. So that was a pleasant surprise and topped off a great evening with good food and service. All around a great experience.
Food was absolutely delicious. Going back tonight
The salmon LOOKED great but lacked any flavor other than the char from the grill. The lobster tail was rather small for $30. The lackluster sourdough french bread did NOT taste like any sourdough bread i've ever had and i'm a San Francisco native. My wife said her steak was good. The clam chowder was great! The cheesey garlic bread was really good. The ambiance was great! Beautiful views! You cannot go wrong for the location. After dinner a nice leisurley walk with plenty of shops on one side and the boats and harbor on the other! Next time i'll try the bone-in rib eye. It looked really good coming off the grill. There's a window where you can see the food being grilled.
Great view outdoor dining
Excellent service, food was delicious
Gave us complimentary champagne for our anniversary
Hostess were the absolute worst, terrible customer service, will not be going back.
Went to celebrate my now finacé's birthday and our anniversary. Had an amazing server by the name of Jacqueline. She made our first visit memorable by recommending drinks and food items. Will definitely be visiting next time we are in long Beach.
The food, service, and ambience were outstanding!
Service is not as good as expected for a high-priced restaurant. Salmon, fish and chips, seafood linguini, and garlic cheese bread burger were appreciated by the diners in our group. Two of us got the lobster club and it was not something we would get again. Not enough lobster and was “runny”. We all agreed the fries were really good. It was a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the view.
The server made great recommendations that we enjoyed. It was a gorgeous atmosphere with delicious food.
It’s was good and relaxing ,calming the waiters were extremely nice
Service could have been better - my water glass sat empty for much of the meal and bread/butter is usually at least offered here. $29 for a salad with 3 shrimp and some crab is a LOT of money. Although the seafood cobb salad is terrific, it's too expensive.
That said, my family loves Parker's Lighthouse and we come for most special occasions and will continue to do so.
Jasmine was our server. Very nice young lady and they sure had her busy! I have never had tomato soup and once again I was not disappointed- it was amazing!!! All the soups here are fabulous!
We love this place!
Food is amazing! Service is great and professional. Would come back again
We sat on the patio. The view, weather and food were wonderful. Jasmine was a terrific waitress!
It was a beautiful day and the ambiance was gorgeous. All staff were practicing Covid19 guidelines and had mask on at all the. The service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server was in training and she made sure that we had everything we needed without asking. Parker’s Lighthouse has been one of my favorite for years. When I was working in Long Beach it was a weekly lunch spot for me. All I can say is that you need to go and see that what I’m saying is definitely true.
We were seated at the best table in the restaurant as close to the water as we could be… the view was amazing.
The we had sushi and seafood pasta. There were large pieces of lobster, scallops and shrimp in the dish. It was divine!
Parking- not good.(Sunday evening) valet was very nice.
Table outdoors as asked for. Servers were all very busy, but attentive and knowledgeable. View of QM and boats. Fun experience.
We had great outdoor seating which is what we requested. We were able to book within a 2 hour notice on a busy weekend. Service was great and the food good overall. Chicken Caesar salad was super basic, but the clam chowder and calamari was fantastic.
The location of Parker's is phenomenal. It's the best place to visit at Shoreline Village. The food is good too. Service is always great. Parking is not fun, but if yourself plenty of time, you will be fine.
Excellent meal and wonderful service. Our birthday celebration was great!
The waiter was very professional. He was very distracted. Reservation was at 7:00 pm, arrived at 7:15 p.m.
The waiter did not explain menu. We started with appetizers, soup and bread.
Waiter cleaned table. Left us sitting 27 minutes, came back, and said would you like the check.
Bro we came here for dinner, can we order? He did not apologize but said, what would you like? Waited an addl half hour. Waiter never asked us if we wanted dessert. We did not eat all of our food, took it in containers, waited an addl 19 minutes for check, and no they were no where near crowded. Just poor service by 1 worker.
Our go-to restaurant which meets our requirements of good food, service, ambience, availability of outdoor dining where tables are not packed closely together
It was a 77th birthday. It was great the birthday candle and ice cream added the a great touch. The service was great, the ambience was great we had a wonderful time.
It was excellent
Garlic cheese bread, bangin. bussin. everything in between.
The food was great but the server did not pay us much attention.
Nice view, good service
Loved the outside sitting by the window. Everyone was very kind and professional.
The waitstaff and Managers are very attentive , this was my third time to dine at Parkers . Even though this wasn't the best time out of those occasions. However I emailed the restaurant and the manger responded and explained the issue.
The view is incredible and quite frankly the only reason we come here. The service isn’t the greatest and our server was almost condescending but maybe unintentionally. The drinks are a joke for the price. I have never seen portions that small. The wine glasses served remind me of the samples of wine from the Olive Garden that they give for free. Toll house cookie was disgusting, runny raw cookie lukewarm cookie dough. The food is good but I’m sure the butter has a lot to do with that.
Came here from out of town to enjoy seafood and they did not disappoint
Love this place! Great food starting with oysters, salad, lobster taqueria and the mixed grill entree. Ambiance is the best overlooking the May and Queen Mary. Great service and wonderful evening!
Great location. Service was great. The food was decent
This place always meet expectations ! Service was was not what I am accustomed to receiving. Overall a good evening.
This is an oasis in a sea of greasy food restaurants. That food was excellent. We had a strawberry salad that was fresh and delicious. We then had Chilean sea bass with a veggie loaded preparation. We had a view of the harbor. The service was friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed every bite. When we come back we will stop hear again.
