Food and service both continue to be excellent. Was a bit concerned when the previous owner had to sell some time ago, but operation under the new owner has continued the tradition of excellence. Ambiance is getting a little dated but still very acceptable. A refresh might be in order some time in the future.

Fish was overcooked and greasy. Steaks were thin and full of gristle. Salmon cakes were undercooked . Basil dip for bread was like water. Cabbag Ed flaw was good and bread was good. Won’t go back.

Wonderful evening. Celebrating two friend birthdays. Quiet and fun atmosphere. Excellent service. Food was superb...the mushroom bisque was exceptional, chicken scallopini was delicious. Outstanding wine list and fun happy hour. Thank you. We will be back.

Although this restaurant was recommended to us, we found it to be average. The food was adequate, but not special. The service was weird, like maybe a management problem. The staff were a combination of surly to overly enthusiastic. It was the lowly table setters and food delivery people who were kind and efficient. The person who took the order was over the top and confused.

Service , wine and food were excellent. The biggest problem was choosing what to eat from the many great choices on the menu. The owner spent time with us in the history of the restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Upon my return to Tucson this would be my first place to have dinner

Been going to Pastiche since it opened. If anything, it has improved under the Costas. I had 4 guests that had never been there, and had never had fried avocados. That blew them away! The service was outstanding and our main dishes all received nothing but praise. Nothing but success. Mrs. Costas came by just to make sure.

Took my wife for a date. We’re from out of town. Decided to bring her there, because it had a Greek selection feel to the menu. A bit dated inside. Great service from wait staff. Food was great. Calamari starter was delicious. We both ended up getting the Filet Mignon special. 6oz of perfection. Solid experience!

The atmosphere and service were excellent and enjoyable. I ordered a Blackened Shrimp Salad for $17. It had 5 small shrimp and 1/4 of avocado and the rest was mostly lettuce
all chopped up. Finally, I got tired of just eating lettuce so I quit. The salad could have been enhanced with roasted pecans, tomatoes, and more avocado and maybe mandarin orange slices? Just an idea. Other people ordered the hamburger which was great and big and you got your monies worth. One person ordered the salmon sandwich and she liked it. Sorry to be so negative but I was pretty disappointed. If I ever go back, I will definitely not order the blackened shrimp salad!!

Our service was slow for dinner on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020, though the waitress apologized for the delay. The owners were attentive.

Outstanding! We arrived very early, the host went out of his way to seat us. We had a great table in a quiet corner and the food was outstanding.

We met the owner in the lobby after dinner and had an interesting conversation with him.

This is a gem off the beaten path. We came because the menu was diverse and because we had never eaten there before. I ordered the bourbon salmon which was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the blackened salmon which was also delicious. It was not “blackened” in the traditional way.
We both enjoyed desert of Sea salt caramel vanilla cake. Very happy with our dining experience.

One of Tucson's best venues....relatively quiet (especially if you get a booth)
Food is excellent with good presentations ...though not "over the top"

Prices are moderately high but not unreasonable for the quality

Very good service with informed staff .

Ambiance is fine but not special....and parking can be a problem with a
lot shared with Cafe Molina another long established Tucson venue.

We dined here on Valentine's Day 2020. We hadn't visited since Pastiche changed owners. The room was busy but our 7:30 reservation was immediately honored. Our server was well trained and attentive though he seemed to have too many tables to service and wasn't able to spend too much time with us.
My wife ordered the Voodoo pasta dish and I had the Blackened Shrimp Avocado salad. We asked for the ciabatta bread on the menu but were told they were out. We both found our dishes to be a bit bland. The blackened shrimp were good but the rest of the salad was forgettable. The Voodoo sauce was weak.
We like the place for ambiance and would probably come back but it wouldn't jump to the top of our list when we ask "Where would you like to eat?"

The place was jammed with customers because it was Valentine's day. However, the wait staff was very well trained in "team" effort, and everything went well. The interior decorating is very nice and restful, and the restaurant was much quieter, even with all the people, than we expected. Our table was visited by the owners a couple of times during our meal. And the food was really extraordinarily good! Try it, you'll like it.

Overall a pretty good restaurant. I wish I could have given 3-1/2 stars. On the plus side, almost everything we had was outstanding, including cocktail (a Bloody Mary with some heat), appetizer (bacon-wrapped shrimp), and entrees (salmon and lamb). Everything was cooked perfectly to order - the seafood was fantastically moist and the lamb a perfect rare. Also a great beer selection. The only miss was the espresso used in the cappuccino.

Why only 3-1/2 stars is that Pastiche uses entirely conventional ingredients - no organic produce, grass-fed beef, etc.

Everything delicious. Waitstaff friendly and accommodating. Honored my husbands birthday with a great treat and candle. We’ve been to other restaurants for birthdays and they just say happy birthday . Not recognizing we have lots of choices. Will continue to go back again and again as we have for years

It was hard to choose what to order. But, we were eating light. The bread they give is delicious. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was lovely. Great overall experience. Great value.

I’m so sorry to not be able to give 5 stars for everything. Something was off tonight. Our food took a very long time. We had to rush to eat and then dash to our show. Our roast beef sliders with fries were really delicious.
