                                                                    Loved everything. The food was delicious, the live music was awesome but could have been turned down a notch. With the heatwave we were having it would have helped to have fans but you can’t beat Mother Nature.

                                                                    Although the food was very good as expected, I had A reservation for 8:30PM we got our table at 9:50PM. After we ordered our food or server never checked up on us once, we needed refills on our drinks. Never checked up once until I signaled him. We had finished our food, we waited 15-20 min so I got up and asked him for A check and A box. I waited another 10 minutes for him to pick up the check so I can pay and leave, the whole time he was talking to an associate the whole time while waiting. The only reason why I bring it up not because he didn’t know, but I believed that he was aware enough to know what’s going on he wasn’t trained wrong just seemed he didn’t care.

                                                                    Reservation time was not respected, the inside of the restaurant was expressly hot. Not sure if the AC was working. The host was extremely rude and in a bad mood so was the waiter, like he was rushing didn’t feel welcomed. Lastly, the outside patio was too dark unable to see what we were actually eating.

                                                                    Location is prime for those that love nice views of DTLA. However, yesterday it was 105 degrees, and the location had no misting system, or patio fans, I was shocked for such an older location that these accommodations weren't available. Service: Service was good the waitress was attentive and offered water as needed. She also followed up to see if we enjoyed our brunch. Food: we ordered brunch (1) two eggs any style $20, which included potatoes, eggs and bacon. I asked for my bacon to be crunchy but instead I got burnt bacon. The bacon was quickly taken away and more bacon came out by the time I was done with most of my food. order (2) Smoked Salmon Benedict; two poached eggs, English muffin, and potatoes, this meal was very tasteful and worth the value of $22.00 Overall experience: I have an issue with old buildings not being up to standard, on the way out the elevators were broken. One was in services that had no light, or air conditioning, it was pretty scary, and I felt it was unsafety to put guests on elevators that aren't properly working in such heat. The location refused to allow walking down the stairs i guess they felt that was more of a liability. I don't think I'll be back to the location, it's nothing like it used to be before 2019.

                                                                    The atmosphere was nice and the food was good but the service was terrible. Our waiter took our order and we had to ask another server for refills and the check. Very disappointed in the service.

                                                                    Had a nice dinner date on a Friday night with my daughter. I was looking for live music and Perch had that. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is good, drinks were delicious and prices reasonable. The band was great and the vibe on the rooftop was cool. I’ll definitely be back

                                                                    Beautiful view, amazing food, and great service. I have been there many times and it never disappoints. The food is always so good. The drinks are also very good . Definitely recommend.
