Service was excellent. Ambiance nothing special. Remarkable were the number of poorly dressed patrons in the main dining room clothed in work style T-shirts. Quality of the food was excellent as was the value for the price. Too many dishes are bathed in and/or utilize cilantro. While the staff offers to cook without the use of cilantro, in reality, menu choices seemed severely limited. More

Wonderful dinner, food and service were excellent. But rather expensive even with a birthday discount. The wine I ordered from the menu was priced at $9 but they didn't have it avail. and nothing comparable so I had to pay $15 for a 6 ounce glass of wine. My husband's wine was $16 and when ordering a second glass, was told they were out of that too so he had to order something else. More

Incredibly solid food in a light and rustic atmosphere. Wait staff were knowledgeable and the owner stopped by our table. Excellent small plates that are locally source, where possible. Desserts and pastries are excellent and so is the wine list and cocktails. Interior is rustic farmhouse and open. It could be noisy if at capacity. We were there this past Saturday evening at 745 and only two other tables were occupied. More

Casual atmosphere, great service and wonderful food. The wine list is amazing, but they have left room for affordable, good wines by the glass. The paella was outstanding .. just waiting to go back and try this again. Not to be missed! More

Discover Phoenix

A sprawling city in the heart of the desert southwest, Phoenix fares brilliantly when it comes to food. Of course you’ll find Mexican favorites like chili con carne, pozole and tamales. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can nosh on cactus fries pre-rattlesnake course. (True story.) Breweries, Asian restaurants and new American cuisine can all be found in spades, too. The nearby suburb of Scottsdale is host to a number of elegant eateries and old world golf clubs, like the Art Deco Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Biltmore Hotel.
