- CCassidySeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined on 23 Jul 2026There are some places that just feel special the second you walk in, and for me, that’s Noira. A women owned wine bar that somehow manages to feel both effortlessly cool and deeply welcoming at the same time. It’s the kind of place you genuinely feel good supporting. I’ve spent so many lovely nights there. Jazz nights, craft nights, intimate dinners, even hosting a big party. This last time was an important business meeting. Every single experience has felt warm, thoughtful, and memorable. There’s a kind of magic to the space that’s hard to explain unless you’ve been there yourself. And somehow, out of the tiniest little kitchen, they put out truly amazing food every time. Pair that with an incredible wine selection and the sweetest atmosphere, and it becomes one of those places you keep coming back to over and over again. Noira is such a gem, and I’m so grateful it exists.More infoNoira$$$$• Wine Bar• Salem•4.8
