Always great food and excellent service. If I have one criticism, it’s that the bread is always rather hard after it’s heated-up in the oven!
Amazing as always..!! All 4 of us had a great meal..
Loved the food and ambience of this little restaurant. My partner and I particularly liked our starters of crab and mussels. 😋 Would throughly recommend
We came here the first time on my wife’s birthday last year as she loves french cuisine and we were delighted with the overall experience. Our first experience with oyster, very fresh, pan seared scallops, and the mains were the duck breast and pan fried sea bass fillets. We loved every bit of it to wipe our plates clean. For dessert we had the creme brûlée. We went back this year the second time and with friends and started off with scallops, grilled mussels and the crab with mayo, and happily finishing off with our plates of sea bass fillets, lamb rump, and duck breast dishes again. We missed out the Hake fish for main course as they were already out of it. Skipped the desserts as were too full and finished off with the Raquel dessert wine. Their selection of regular wines is good too and we had our reds both times. Every bit value for money, extremely delicious dishes and would highly recommend it. Had been waiting to go back on special occasions, but why do I need an occasion for an awesome experience! The attendants are always smiling! Have been to their sister-concern the Prix-Fixe too!
Even if you go at Pierre Victoire without know what you gonna order, don’t worry and don’t be afraid that everything you order it will be amazing.Good chef 👍
I booked through your website and we were given a table downstairs near the restrooms.
Upstairs ambiance and setting were much better.
Great food as always, excellent value and fabulous menu.
Excellent pre-theatre meal from the set menu, exceptional value for the location but nothing about the quality of food or service felt in any way cheap.
My friend an I wanted a late lunch near Piccadilly. I looked online and Pierre Victoire, caught my eye. The set lunch menu looked really good. Neither of us were disappointed, it was really good, nice food, wine and not too busy, as we arrived around 2.30pm.
I would definitely go again and recommend the lunchtime set menu.
Outstanding value with astonishing set-menu. Enthuiastic, excellent service by two (probably not British?) young waiters.
We will certainly return.
A lovely meal. Excellent service. I would like to know that any service we pay actually go to the staff and not purely to the management. We had a charming waiter and really hope that he would get the service which was added to the bill.
Never a disappointment - wonderful menu at such a reasonable price for the West End.
What made it particularly good this time was the excellent, friendly service from the two lovely Italian waitresses - they are a real asset to the restaurant. Thanks so much for making our lunch so enjoyable.
Nice menu and very tasty even though in the touristy area. Pleasant inside as well. We had all starters which were delicious and enough to share. The bottle of organic table wine was nicely priced too.
Lovely lunch at PV in London. We love the restaurant in Oxford and tried this one. The set lunch was great, particularly the pulled chicken salad as a starter, which was great value! Steak was tasty and staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend!
Main course sent back as inedible as very salty. Waitress agreed but forgot to replace the meal . Others had same problem. Had been lookng forward to the meal as part of a treat. Have been there lots of times, but felt it lacking this time.
Food was good and tasty though I found mine a little over salted for my taste. Generally good value except my chargrilled octopus starter, which was a single tentacle for £11.50. Service was fine but waiters could do with a little training on the wine of the month that is left on every table. It would help if they had some tasting notes for it and so could promote it. Overall happy with my meal here with friends.
We had dinner on the hottest day of the year. Service, food, excellent. True French cooking. Couldn't resist the French Onion soup and the steak was perfect. Certainly would recommend.
Celebrating a friend’s birthday . This time of my visit to the restaurant was great as usual . Amazing staff service. Very welcoming and friendly . Attentive all the time . We brought a cake for my friend and they brought it at the right time with an added touch which was great from the staff . Created a special moment for us.
As good as always. Tend to visit approximately every other time I visit London, even when travelling alone. Set menu gives great choice at reasonable price.
Good food, reasonably priced in a central location
A very quaint but nice restaurant for a quiet and private dinner. We must record our gratitude to the hostess as they had forgotten to add the dessert and coffee charge to our total bill, on reminding them of this mistake, the hostess gracefully offered it as "on the house" gesture. Trust good service and people are still around us!
Amazing value, authentic French food. We went for the pre-theatre menu, which meant it was speedy and efficient, rather than atmospheric, but this is what we wanted. Absolutely delicious.
Excellent meal for the money. Small bustling restaurant with tables close together with decibel levels to ensure sore throats in the morning but it’s all worth it for the food. You won’t get better in SoHo for the price,
Staff were unwelcoming and slow, we ordered the pre theatre menu but we're still late to the theatre because of terrible service who still tried to make us pay for the full menu even though we had only had starters. Terrible atmosphere and would not recommend. Many nicer restaurants on the same street!
I have been to Pierre victoire before many times. The quality of food never fail. Great fast and portion quite good. The staffs is always attentive . Great friendly service from the staffs.
Not been here for a while. It used to be excellent.
This time, we were allowed to off the set menu and then a different waiter came back and told us we had to make a new order off the a la carte but some items were the same but just charged at a higher price.
Our particular waiter ( and he seemed to be the head waiter ) wasn't particularly nice. That fake, insincere, going through the motions, this isn't what I dreamed of doing with my life type waiter. Nearly ripped my debit card out of my hand when it came time to paying. Metaphorical bad taste in the mouth.
Lovely food! 6 of us went and chose 4 different mains - everyone loved their food. Nice restaurant and pleasant service.
Fantastic restaurant, very friendly, helpful staff, superb food.
Lovely authentic little restaurant. In a very busy area, but at the same time away from all the busyness. Authentic french food, the quality of which we were very impressed with. Keen to try other dishes on the menu so shall definitely be returning for more! Plus good value for money! 10/10 customer service; the guys were very professional and friendly, and we have felt well looked after. Highly recommended!
This is my favourite restaurant when I visit London. Always something fabulous on the menu, love the variation and the fact it is always changing. Excellent service too.
Have dined here many times and it’s my go to restaurant in central London. Always enjoyable, good choice, nice food and friendly service. Good value at both lunch and dinner.
Best restaurant for the best value food in London, outstanding service always with a smile.
There were some very very noisy diners in and we could not hear what we were trying to say to each other. As the alcohol flowed so the decibels increased. Ruined our reunion lunch. Food and staff brilliant as ever. Very sad.
Pierre Victoire never fails to be a good experience - staff and service are excellent. Food was excellent - great value and we had a lovely meal at the weekend. It can be noisy (no soft furnishings to absorb sound) but that's the fault of other diners, not the restaurant. Toilets were being refurbished - so will be a big improvement once finished.
We are not local but have now been several times both for pleasure and working lunches, and will definitely be returning again :o) Thanks everyone, front of house and chefs, for a lovely meal once again.
It was as good as usual
Great restaurant. Fantastic food and service. Staff are wonderful.
We returned to Pierre Victoire having had a good few meals here over recent years. The area was very busy due to the nearby Pride procession so we only managed a main course on this occasion. We both had a excellent meal, the standards we have always experienced here are being maintained.
Had a fantastic afternoon. Great food, and a good selection of wines on the menu. Atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful
Lovely little place to eat with a great menu of tasty food and good value for money! It was my fourth time eating here in this year! And I always love it!
