Our server Christian was great, and our food was delicious.
We really enjoyed Jade and will be sure to ask for her again when we visit PINO.

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. While getting a table reservation at a reasonable hour was a little difficult, we managed to get an earlier seating by checking with the front desk who made it happen. We even got the Chefs table with a perfect view of the kitchen operation. And the Chef asked us how our dinner choices were after we finished our meal. Lots of food and very delicious and had enough to take home for a small meal the next day. I highly recommend eating here and would most definitely return again.

The Seabass seems to be getting SMALLER. It's better at the Steakhouse.
I ordered the grilled clam app, which was good but quite salty from the bread crumb coating. My wife ordered the Chicken Marsala and stated that it was very salty also. My entree was Halibut Francais, which came out hot and was very tasty, with pasta and a lemon cream sauce. Only problem was that I ordered the carrot side and they brought me potatoes. When I called the original server over, she checked and brought me carrots after about 10 mins, but they were nearly raw, so she took off the bill.

We returned for another delicious meal. We requested a specific server that we enjoy but that was not able to be arranged. We had a great server who took good care of us. We were in and out pretty quickly I’m not sure we could’ve lingered if we wanted to.
As usual this restaurant never ceases to amaze me. It was my husbands birthday and they treated us like royalty. Each dish was better then the one before it and we can't wait to return to enjoy the restaurant again.

I had to wait 30 minutes for a table even though I had a 8 PM reservation.
#1 - The food was delicious! #2 - The staff was helpful and kind. Only downside during this visit was that we were being rushed. At least we felt as though we were being rushed and it may not have been intentional.

Food was excellent, service was attentive and prompt on what appeared to be a very busy night.
I had the veal parmesan. The veal could have been more tender and more gravy on the pasta. Pasta was not fresh made and disappointing. Wife had the seafood pasta and was very pleased.

Outstanding service and atmosphere was inviting. Entrees were excellent( scallops, mushroom ravioli). Appetizers, the calamari was superb but Utica greens were marginal at best.
Although it started off a bit rocky, things worked out well. There was an issue with our reservation (even though we were on time, our table was given away to a couple who walked in just ahead of us with no reservation) which initially didn’t look like it would be resolved and my husband wanted to leave, but after about a 10 minute wait we were seated. Todd, the manager, came over and apologized and gave us an appetizer for the inconvenience. Also, our favorite server Brian was assigned to our table, so the mood lightened quickly! You just can’t beat the food so the dinner ended up a very pleasant dining experience. To “gild the lily”, we were also given a dessert as we had ordered a second bottle of wine. Both Todd and Brian were very attentive and turned a potential disaster into an enjoyable experience and a desire to return in the future.
