In a former tea warehouse on the corner of Shoreditch High Street and Bethnal Green Road, Pizza East Shoreditch serves wood oven pizzas, seasonal smalls and some of the best meats and cheese in London. Wine and condiments available to buy and cheese are available to buy from the Deli, where you can also drop in for a drink and a snack in the Vermouth Bar.     Went with 6 workmates for a meal at 3pm on a Friday. We had a great time ... 3 of the group had lasagne and all said how good it was. The starters were the best I've had in a pizza restaurant...hard to say what was best ... maybe the crispy potatoes or the zucchini fritti? Or the garlic bread? All were delicious. As were the pizzas. The service was perfect...too many times recently I've had poor service in restaurants, but Pizza East have it just right. I will be back!

    The pizzas are delicious and the service is fantastic. We couldn’t wait to leave the building though because the noise was too much. At one point the music was turned up when it was already very loud.

    Love this place. Full of happy people - happy diners and happy individuals who work there whatever their role. A great positive energy to it all and cracking Pizza's too.

    Amazing vegan pizza, lovely atmosphere. The butter lettuce and avocado salad was lovely but really expensive for basically a modest bowl of lettuce.

    Great pizza, friendly staff. Cocktails weren’t great so maybe stick with wine. Would be good if the wifi would connect. Also there is a club underneath with shared toilets as the restaurant so can take a long time to get into a cubicle.

    Overpriced food, no gluten free option for pizza base, staff attentive however they keep interrupting table conversation and asking the same questions over and over again… also they made a huge deal out of my gluten intolerance and I had to speak to two separate members of staff about it. It was embarrassing

    Good food and good service. But a bit noisy so you have to shout to discuss with your friend but I recommend this place.

    I didn’t have pizza but had the baked salmon which was amazing. There were 6 of us in our party and we all agreed the food was perfect. Our waitress was really welcoming and friendly too. I will definitely be back !

    Booked a table for a lunch with colleagues and were very happy with the service and quality of food. Our servers were responsive and we never felt like we were waiting too long. Being a lunch break, were were able to eat, pay and leave in good time.

    We were waiting about 40 minutes to take a seat in our table (even with a reservation). During the dinner, They didn't ask us if we wanted to have something else to drink, something for dessert… Bored with waiting, we ask for the bill. We ordered it twice. To our waiter and the manager and even so, I had to get up and ask an another waiter with a dataphone to charge us. Years ago, this place was cool. Not anymore.
