Great service, food and ambiance! Can’t go wrong at the Polo Lounge!
Beautiful ambience sitting outside. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The food is always delicious. Everything appeared and felt safe.
Superb! -Miss Oregon. :)
I feel safe at the Polo Lounge. Service is excellent, food delicious, especially chocolate souffle.
I really wanted to love this place, but it was lacking. We sat 25 minutes before I flagged down a server assistant to order. Our server was clearly overwhelmed and never came to apologize so we were stuck with the assistant. Our salads were lackluster at best. My mushroom pasta was flavorless and my husband’s chicken was dry. That said, the soufflé was amazing and the iced tea was delicious. For the price and the history, I expected so much more. Honestly, eat dinner at Flemings - the food and service is far better.
Very nice place for people watching and a good meal.
Amazing brunch experience.
Amazing time - great service . AMAZING food. However I did see a lot of ants on the back of our table by the leaves and a spider was crawling down right next to me .
Try the garden seating - it is charming, beautiful and spacious
Very beautiful place
My experience was great although the hostess had me waiting too long and was kind of rude:
The food was fabulous and worth it. The service is impeccable. They were easy-going about moving our reservation time to 30 min later; however, they did not allow us to keep it at 3 people when only 2 arrived first. The last person was late due to a flight. Overall, the meal was excellent.
Great! Celebrated a bday and waiter was really nice
The Polo Lounge NEVER disappoints. Five star experience for any occasion. Great food and service.
Lovely setting, very quiet and private. Nice food and drinks, slightly overpriced but it’s Beverly Hills.
The food and the staff are amazing!! It is wonderful to come especially while the pandemic has caused many restaurants to close... the food is superb and the outdoors are beautiful ...really makes me feel normal again while I’m there!!!
Accommodating, clean, and fun
Great place for a date.
Very nice and quiet dinner place. Service was very good.
Nice but very hot
Birthday of my friend.
Our first date night dinner out in a few months. Sat outside (obviously) and the whole experience was great. Excellent food and service. Staff were very friendly and I look forward to getting back soon.
Food was decent but felt ignored by the staff. We were sat at a table where there was no shade or an umbrella and it was a very hot day, even though there were other booths available. Wouldn’t recommend
Upscale dining at one of the most luxurious hotels in CA. Enjoyed every minute and every bite of my dining experience here. Will definitely be returning when I’m back in town.
During these more than Strange Times we are in - everything was done to make you feel safe and comfortable. Sydney was our server - she was amazing. It was a wonderful to be able to celebrate my birthday almost normal :)
I was really excited to visit polo lounge finally for brunch but it definitely didn’t leave me in awe at all- 1,000 bill for 5 people at brunch? While getting our drinks spilled, food mediocre, mosquito bites, 100 degree heat, etc. I’m sad about my birthday experience... but I did get a gorgeous garden selfie that cost me a grand. 🤷🏼♀️
A little expensive. But fun. Nice wine selection. Very good service. I will be happy to return.
I needed an upscale, quiet venue for a mid-day conversation and this was absolutely perfect. A nice mix of informal but upscale. It fit the bill perfectly.
We were celebrating a birthday and were very happy with our choice to spend it at the Polo Lounge. This was our first visit and Rafael gave us excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed down to the last detail. The food was excellent and the seafood platter from the bunch menu was a high point. I think we may have found our new favorite destination for celebrations.
Excellent food and service. However, booth seat had pieces of bread on it when we arrived. Thank you.
The service was good enough but not very attentive. Didn’t enjoy the smoked buratta as it was a bit strong. The main dish was fine, but nothing to get too excited about. The molten chocolate cake dessert was drowning in Carmel sauce. All in all too expensive for food that didn’t wow.
The service was slow. The staff unfriendly and inattentive. The food was mediocre.
the most elegant brunch is all of LA/Beverly Hills.
Thank you BH FOR A NICE NIGHT OUT DURING pandemic. The outdoor dining was exactly what we needed and we felt safe and protected with the precautions made by the staff.
We had a well paced, well prepare meal. Crab cake, mushroom papperadelle (sp) and of course the chocolate soufflés did not disappoint. I’m glad I lost 1 pound to afford it at your fine restaurant:) we shall return!
Over priced food with terrible service!! Boring ambiance.. old stuck up crowed!! You could barely understand what the staff was saying with masks and shields and their THICK accents.. over paid for a basic food and a terrible service!! Rude hostess in the front. Overall a terrible place
Everything was great. Except Nancy the person in front gave us a very difficult time about our service dog. I personally am 7 months pregnant waiting to eat in the morning and had not at anything.
She asked us to leave without any care of my conditions. She was very rude to us. The service dogs are for my daughter who is 9 years old and needs the services from our dogs at all time. Finally the supervisor came and asked us to be seated. This person Nancy should not be working at a sophisticated place ( where we go often) if she doesn’t understand people’s hospitality. She made me so uncomfortable. Even tho the food was amazing as usual she made a very bad impression on me from the get go.
No pregnant women ( especially 7-8 month) almost due should go through this! No kid with service animals( the size of a peanut- 3lb each) should go through these conditions and be treated like they did something wrong! She kept on saying guidelines and I asked her to show me the guidelines, she didn’t have anything to show me in paper! She is delusional and there’s not such a guideline! She was simply being rude and prejudice with her own guideline, picking on a poor innocent kid and her pregnant mother!! BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL is a place we come all the time since childhood and should be having people like that working there with that kind of attitude.
Honestly, one of the most special nights we’ve had during these last wild months. Worth every penny and every moment spent. It became my favorite place to eat in all of LA instantly. What a treat during the pandemic!
I enjoyed my 45th birthday lunch! We had a beautiful table shaded from the sun. It was very private and soothing. The food was outstanding. I had the Poke and the Spinach Pappardelle. I recommend both dishes! The cocktails that were passing our table looked artesian and delicious!
