We always enjoy our time at Prime. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent service. Food was amazing and the restaurant is stunning. One of our favorites.

Dinner was delicious. The cowboy steak was not as good as it normally has been in the past. The waitstaff was attentive.

Food was mediocre nothing great but not terrible. Not many people in there on a Friday night except for one loud intoxicated party. Would consider going back to try it again.

Such a great restaurant. Tables well separated and safety measures in force for Covid. We were seated near the kitchen entrance so it was a little noisy with a lot of traffic. Food was excellent but they wouldn’t leave the salt at the table and needed to call someone every time we needed salt. A tad inconvenient. Overall a great restaurant and we will be back

Absolutely amazing! Went for my gfs birthday and proposed to her after drinks.. Our waitress Danielle ( i believe that was her name) was outstanding and made it a night we will never forget. She took pictures and seemed just as excited as we were for our moment. The steak was cooked to perfection and the rest of the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Was worth every penny and we will definitely be coming back.

Great time for my wife’s Birthday

Three of us dined here on our wedding anniversary and were greeted with a nice note at the table and complimentary glasses of champagne. Two of us had meals off of the Saratoga restaurant week menu and both were outstanding. The 3rd member of our party had a filet mignon which was cooked more than requested and it was removed from the bill. Desserts and drinks were very good and the server was wonderful, made our night a very pleasant one.

Visited during Fall restaurant week. In these socially distance times they did everything properly. Service was great, two team members checked in at the right intervals. Most importantly the food was delicious. Creative presentation. Great value during restaurant week. Highly recommend.

We went for brunch and the menu was very limited. Our waitress never informed us about the specials. Communication between the staff is low, I was asked about a beverage after I was already waited on. I witnessed a staff member ask if he could remove the plates minutes after the food was just delivered.

Not sure what happened over the last months...The service which used to be impeccable was terrible and the food was just ok. We've eaten there over the last 10 years over 50 times and never had anything but impeccable service and the best meal ever. Drove 250 miles for my wife's 60th Birthday just to eat and be pampered. The wait staff was young and didn't come close to the service we used to get. We don't mind paying for a fabulous meal and great service (obviously we drove 31/2 hours for dinner there) but this was a real disappointment.

Everythihg came out perfect and in a timely manner. Food was delicious as always.

Absolutely loved our dinner experience here. Pre dinner cocktail at the bar was excellent. Dinner was well presented and delicious. We were able to sit outside on a balmy October evening. Waitstaff very attentive and accommodating at both the bar area and at our table . Can't wait to go back.

The meal we had at Prime was outstanding!
We both had the cold lobster cocktail which was incredibly plated and cooked/chilled to perfection! We also both had the iceberg salad which we took notes in our head to recreate at home. Just awesome and the portion was over the top! Yum!
Wife had the perfectly cooked filet mignon and I had the scallops cooked to mouth- watering perfection!
Cannot recommend it more highly for both quality of the food and service!

The view alone is worth the trip. Service was excellent and the food was very good too.

SU limited menu. No more cherry pepper pork service was amazing but I was disappointed with menu selection at this price point.

Exceptional staff

The menu has had certain beloved items like the football-sized baked potato deleted so our experience was somewhat disappointing. They even dropped our favorite champagne from the wine list. Steaks were still terrific though.

Chain restaurants have better food and at a third of the price!!
Waiters and waitresses were good however the woman doing the greeting was rude....I could go on but I'll leave it at this I will never be back EVER!!! Not even if I was offered a free meal

The food and atmosphere at Pleasant one is always superb and we enjoy our experience every time we go!

Really enjoyed the Surf and Turf roll appetizer as well as the ribeye steak. Good service, ambience, and excellent food. They are doing a nice job with the social distancing requirements but the bar and restaurant have a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Excellent! Staff, bartenders, wait staff, hostess, everyone was warm and friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good meal.

A bit expensive but in life you get what you pay for and most of the time less..this was on the number.

Best meal in a long time. Everything was fantastic from start to finish and the service was spectacular. Will be back for sure.

I love the atmosphere at prime. Drinks and lunch are a little pricey, but good. Service was extremely slow, especially considering there were only 3 tables full when we were there. I would still recommend the restaurant, especially if you can get a table outside.

The biggest let down was the amount of noise from all the children there. Crying etc. I felt like we were at Friendly's not at an upscale restaurant. It wasn't just the kids, adults were talking loud to be heard over the kids. We finally took our bottle of wine to the bar area where there was a great guitar player performing. He saved our otherwise disappointing night. Maybe the atmosphere is better on an evening without the buffet. Food was ok but not great.

As always prime is a great place to go whether it be with the family or a romantic night with the spouse
