   Printworks service and ambiance are the best in greensboro and this night was no exception on both fronts, but our food wasn’t up to its normal high bar. The Beef bourguignon didn’t have the best tips and was a bit salty.

   Terrible Mother’s Day dinner! Hair in my husband’s turkey dinner, filet sent back 3 times and returned to our table like a hockey puck. Dessert was burnt too! As if all this wasn’t bad enough the server greeted us with what questions do you have after waiting 15 min to be greeted at the table! She continued to be inattentive and we had to wave her down multiple times, and forgot several items and left the table full of empty glasses and dirty dishes. We had them organized and ready for pick up and she continued to leave them in the way. Unfortunately an awful memory on a very special day.

   They made some changes to the menu, and unfortunately not in a good way. The short ribs used to be so goo. It was served with mashed potato’s and red sauce. Now it had a white sauce and a potato cheese bacon croqueta. The risotto and scallop was a bit over cooked and for whatever reason they put candied crunchy (walnuts?) something that was just not a flavor that should ever go with seafood. They also couldn’t make a Hugo spritz, and a Negroni (on menu) - they were missing ingredients. The squash blossom appetizer was the only positive change on this menu. We like the atmosphere, and the food was always good, but this time we were left disappointed.
