Set on the banks of the River Thames we are a study in all things British. From the understated design to every plate of food that leaves the kitchen, we embrace the very ‘best of British’ dining.
The location – in the shadows of the iconic Tower Bridge – is almost unsurpassed in London, making us a popular destination for both locals and visitors to our vibrant capital. The design takes its cue from an English boating house or cricket pavilion – guests can delight in the quintessential English charm we exude.
It’s on the plate, however, that our patriotic take on the traditional British kitchen can best be seen. Head chef Joginder Dham is passionate about the high-quality, sustainable produce, to such an extent that he even butchers all his own meat in-house and passes on his skills via butchery masterclasses held at the restaurant. Martin’s cooking is distinguished by its honest, apparent simplicity, and generosity.
