Daphne's appeal lies not only in its seasonal cooking, but also its natural warmth and effortless Italian charm. Designed to change with the seasons, The Conservatory shines in Summer. A retractable glass roof lets the sun flood in, bathing everything in light, while fragrant lemon trees and beautiful tiled flooring add to the bright, alfresco feel. In Winter, the roof returns and the room transforms. A blazing fire in the original Daphne's fireplace brings a cosy, intimate atmosphere to your gathering. Head Chef Michael Brown has created a selection of set menus specifically designed to give you a taste of the traditional, using only seasonal Italian ingredients

The elegant surrounds of The Conservatory provide a bright and welcoming space perfect for wedding, birthday or anniversary celebrations, or lunch or dinner parties for any occasion. In Summer, the bright conservatory creates an alfresco feel; in Winter a blazing fire in the open range turns it into an intimate retreat.
