Rabot 1745 finally brings to Londoners the cocoa-centric cuisine of its hugely successful sibling, the Boucan Restaurant, which we launched in Saint Lucia in 2011 to the adoration of New Yorkers just a short-haul flight away.
Our private dining is set at the very end of our luxurious upper restaurant, with a huge 12-seater table in the centre. Carved from ironwood, felled by a hurricane on our plantation in 2010, the table is polished to perfection with a high-gloss lacquer.
It’s the perfect place for both small business dinners and larger events, and you can select from one of our exquisite cocoa cuisine set menus or peruse the extensive bar menu. For a quick business lunch, our Express menu keeps up with your busy schedule and delivers on exceptional taste, or our full menus can take you on an exquisite tour of cacao.
