   I booked this place for my birthday for drinks but we decided to stay for dinner. Had steak with sides and dessert, bottle of wine and cocktails. The ambiance with live jazz singer and band is beautiful as well as the venue itself but the food is nowhere near the standard to be charging those prices… I can get a better steak at hawksmoor for less… skip the food and have cocktails.

   We were there at 11 pm. It becomes a disco. Food served then only in the bar. Tiny delicious snacks. Best to come for dancing

   I have enjoyed meals at Qualino's in the past, and the service has always been excellent. On this occasion, the restaurant seating was unavailable when I tried to book a mid-afternoon lunch, but there was availability offered in the bar. On arrival the noise level was intrusive, but I was able to request and be moved to a seating area where it was a bit less troublesome. The server was polite and helpful, but unfortunately wasn't able to offer any food options at all, as the kitchen was closed (despite the fact that there was food service in the main restaurant). I have rated the food as '1' because the review cannot be submitted without a score. We had a pleasant drink in the noise and left immediately. Poor value for money and, at least on this occasion, poor ambience.

   Brought a friend visiting from out of town to this venue for dinner. The girls that were greeting/taking coats seemed to all have some attitude where they were rather rude, snobby and just not that friendly. I don’t know if they are instructed to do this but it was really off putting. The waiters were brilliant and professional. Overall, would love to give 5 stars as the food was delicious but the girls really ruined the mood.

   Arrived at Quaglino's to discover they booked us in incorrectly. They made the correct amendments to have us seated later in the evening, which was much appreciated but once we sat down we we're told we could not order from certain menus (which was one of the main reason we booked here) and was left feeling belittled by management as they seemed to be blaming us for the booking ordeal. After deciding to leave to go elsewhere, a number of staff who claimed they were the general manager (we have three people tell us this was their role) they decided to give us the menu we initially booked for. The food was impeccable and our table's waiter was brilliant and worked swiftly for our table of 13. Unfortunately though, we felt uncomfortable and tense every time management (we had three people claim they were the general manager) walked by we had rude looks presented our way. By the end of our meals we we're more than definitely ready to leave, but after each party paid their share we was then told we had over £100 left to pay. After proving what each party paid it was evident we paid the bill and we didn't have no apologies but instead just the change. The food, location, setting and music was brilliant but sadly the management team made us feel unwelcome with their poor approach to problem solving and bad manners.

   Absolutely wonderful, I thin that was the company as well but food, wine and ambience was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and return.

   Really friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious and I'd highly recommend. It was a little chilly though and that's my only niggle.
