Very efficient service and friendly staff. Food served promptly and was of a high standard. The restaurant was quite busy but everyone was socially distanced and all staff wore masks as did the diners when they left their table.

We had a family birthday dinner at 1 Lombard, food and service were excellent that as usual. Slightly odd dining experience during COVID restrictions but the staff were masked up and hygiene high on the agenda. Highly recommend once eating out is possible again.
It was lovely, we went for the summer bar offer, however we did feel that they were trying to sell more and it got a tiny bit uncomfortable.
Staff was nice and polite though

Booked to meet up with friends as we needed a "posh" place to catch up. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. We ordered from both the set and a la carte menus. everyone was able to find dishes they liked. the service was at the right pace for our catch up, and we sent them away a couple of times as not looked at menu.
The restaurant was full, but noise at a manageable level. The current Eat Our to Help Out scheme was available for our discounted meals.
Would definitely come back here again.

Good not great. I went on the knowledge that Mark Hix had had some hand in the new menu but to be honest to quality was not that of tramshed and the flavours were lacking on all dishes

Good business lunch, not got the wow factor, but decent all the same. It was a very warm day, therefore the restaurant was very warm.

Location is perfect for any business lunch or dinner. On this occasion is was literally days before lock-down, so the place was uncharacteristically empty (we were one of about 10 tables - unheard of!)
Despite the dire circumstances, food was excellent, service attentive and overall a very good experience. 👍
The restaurant was relatively empty the Thursday evening we went there. We really appreciated that they turned down the volume of the music so that we could hear each other and talk.There were a lot of staff, but not top service, e.g. we had to ask them to refill our wine glasses from our bottle. There was a small birthday dessert cookie with candle; this was nice. But in general the dinner was over priced, and the next evening in another restaurant, we had a much better service.
