The food that we had was really lovely but unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The waiters did a great job of topping up glasses quickly however the food arrived late and then the waiters didn’t offer us dessert and when we thought they were coming to ask what we wanted they told us that we can’t have dessert as they needed the table back (even thought not our fault). They apologized as they knew it was there fault however they did not offer to take anything off of the bill for the inconvenience which I would expect from a restaurant usually.
We ate in the bar area upstairs. Food was mediocre, venue was nice though better just for drinks.
Great food and atmosphere, would definitely recommend
A very good meal, and excellent value with the Open Table offer. Attentive staff and catered well for a special diet. Slightly noisy atmosphere.
The food was lovely and the services was wonderful. The food and drinks came on time without much delay.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends to visit.
The pricing was a bit experience but it’s what to expect on Valentine’s Day.
Excellent service as always..
Ambience & food is spot on but I feel sorry for the chefs as the front of house staff really let this place down. Service was so so slow. They forgot to bring our sides out, they forgot our second lot of drinks, we asked for the bill three times. They also lost my coat which they insisted they had to take off of the back of my chair and put in the cloak room as it was in the way. Worst thing was, when they lost it the lady at front of house told me I’d have to go into the cloakroom and look for it as she needed to be out front. Honestly, this place was so disappointing & I won’t be going back again. Was considering doing my 30th here but I genuinely now couldn’t think of anywhere worse!
The deal we went for was good value and the food was nice. However, it is the typical Soho spot where everyone takes themselves too seriously...every employee is walking around with walkie talkies yet we had to ask 3 times to get seated for our reservation (and eventually someone was interested 20 minutes after the time we had reserved for). Once we were seated the service was ok but multiple waiters approached us with the same questions. An ok option if you book with a deal, not worth the money at full price
Meeting up with old friends that no longer live in the UK for a very long overdue lunch. 100 Wardour St was perfect, lovely food and no one rushing you. The lunch menu is great value and even with extra wine a good price for good food and drinks.
I ordered duck as part of the Evening Standard offer and it was very hard and chewy.
It was an excellent meal we really enjoyed it. The value is awesome.
The service was below normal standards however the food was amazing
Delighted by the Christmas decoration by our table. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing . Well done !
So we booked a 15:45 reservation as we had friends traveling in from out of town. But as soon as we arrived everything felt rushed, we were quickly informed we needed to be out by 18:00 as the restaurant is closed and we had 10 minutes to order our food as the kitchen would be closing.
I don’t blame the waiter as he was just trying to do his job and do it well, I think crucially a booking shouldn’t have been taken if there was a rush to shut down it was a shame as we had been very excited to meet our friends but felt we were under pressure to do stuff
Shocking. Don’t bother . Staff rude and ignorant. We ran to another restaurant
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff but verry slow service not because they were rushed off their feet, lots of casual chit chat and dilly dallying. Food tasted nice but dishes were tepid as though they’d been waiting in the food lift for a while prior to being served. In all, a little disappointing. Would try again as have had good recommendations. Hoping it was an off day!
Very good atmosphere! Great portion size, the bottomless Prosecco was flowing without hesitation!
Booked for my husbands birthday celebration and did not know what to expect, but what a great concept - if you are visiting London you need to book the Jukebox brunch - brilliant food, service and great music, a fantastic experience.
Service could have been better.
Great food, great entertainment. Had a lovely time with the girls having bottomless Prosecco and brunch.
Went for a girly catch had a lovely time. The food, the service, the wine and value for money. Great atmosphere we will be back.
The food was delicious. The menu was very reasonable - two courses for £26 and £10 for free-flowing wine (don’t be fooled by the title - it’s actually only for two hours). The service was generally good at coming round to fill us up, so we definitely go our money’s worth. It was a bit disappointing, as we told them we were celebrating an engagement and nothing was done to make our evening particularly special. A fun place with a buzzing vibe.
Very good food and service pleasant atmosphere exceptional value
Service du vin sans jamais voir une bouteille on ne sait pas ce que l on nous verse , nous avions une table au milieu mon mari c est fait bousculer toute la soirée , les photos ne représentent pas vraiment le mieux grand et bruyant
Great value! All round brilliant evening ! From food to service !
Great place on Sunday while visiting, great service .... will be back —thanks
A group of 15 of us ate here last Saturday and I have to say the food and service was 5 stars. This would not have been possible without the help of Clement (the manager) and Dan (our waiter) who were both fantastic. We were given a very large table at the back of the room which is perfect for large groups. I’ll certainly be returning if dealing with them both again. The hostess on the front door is very rude with nearly all of my guests complaining about her. However, once seated they were all much happier as the food and wine were great. Highly recommend!!
Was a bit noisy but would go again as set menu was very good value and staff were very attentive and friendly .
The 2 course set menu and flowing wine deal was excellent value. The food was excellent and the venue had a great vibe. Would definitely recommend.
Best day brunch ever been too with the girls it’s lively and fun great food great laugh and very good at topping your glasses up
They seated us early which was lovely. Good atmosphere, food and service. Not bad but not the best. The risotto was a little too salty for my liking but it was on the set menu deal so wasn’t expecting it to be the best. I’d go again.
We tried the set menu for London Restaurant Month in October during lunch with a mother in law and baby in tow. We all enjoyed the meals, starters of tomato and mozzarella and saltbeef with pickles and flat bread were fresh and tasty. The seeetcorn soup could have been more creamy but had a great flavour. Two summer veg (in October?? Points off) risottos were devoured and one sea bream with spinach and potatoes in lemon butter sauce was divine. The set menu included a glass of wine or free flowing for £10...an easy drinking but robust Italian Barbera.
Quiet for a lunch time, only a few tables, but would love to try later in the day, I can imagine a real buzz for after work drinks or for dinner.
Late night dinner with friends service was good and food was acceptable, my dish came out less than lukewarm and I sent it back, they warned it up and I was happy that I didn't have to wait while the rest of my table had their meals.
We really enjoyed our evening here.
The food was reasonably priced and the service was excellent.
Very good place for brunch. Waiters were friendly food was good and the band was engaging by coming to the tables. We will do that again !
This was an ok experience - not how it used to be...It used to be buzzing and this time it was flat. The club downstairs was not for me - not real music to dance to. Fell short for me.
I really love this place. The food is fantastic, service is spot on and the live music is great. Love the variety of events offered.
A very good experience. The gentleman waiting our table was very nice and knowledgeable. Food was superb and great value.
Beautiful place we will come back .
Great Food, great service, the venue is always well looked after.
Special mention to Russian waiter Ilja - Great knowledge and a nice way to make people feel welcome!!
We’ll be back!
Great as usual..staff is always very friendly and helpful.. great offers..I will always recommend it
