Located on London’s bustling Golborne Road, a short walk from Westbourne Park or Ladbroke Grove tube stations 108 Garage is moments away from the eccentric and creative buzz of Notting Hill and Portobello Road.
The cooking is intelligent with seasonal ingredients the foundation of every dish. The space, formerly a garage, has a raw industrial feel which enhances the electric energy from the kitchen and provides a contrasting backdrop to the impeccable cuisine.

The food was excellent .The tasting menu was varied and well balanced each course complementing the next. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I really enjoyed our meal here. Food was delicious and exciting with new flavours and textures in each course. I was, however, unaware that there would be a set tasting menu which was a bit of a surprise. It was delicious but expensive and too much food for us. Staff were lovely and attentive but at times I felt as though they were too attentive and trying to hurry us along to get our table freed up. We had to ask them to slow down with the courses! On arrival we were given our snack before we’d even had a chance to sit down and settle in properly and enjoy a drink. Only minor things though as was a fantastic meal!
Friendly atmosphere from the moment we entered. I suggest eating at the counter as this adds to the experience of this great venue. If you're feeling brave start your evening with (one of the strongest) Negroni. Overall great evening
It felt very rushed, we had no time in between plates...
The food was really amazing! Probably the best restaurant I went to in London.
Absolutely loved this place. Superb food, great wine and charming service. Great atmosphere and will definitely be coming back!
We have been at 108 Garage multiple times and are always impressed by the outstanding food. Ingredients and presentation are innovative, quality is top notch and the overall experience is fun.
Where 108 has to improve is the level of service. Having been at the restaurant multiple times, we have always had a much better experience when sitting at the bar rather than in the room.
Of course, this is partially due to the fact that being close to the kitchen allows interaction with the Chris and the team. At the same time, the service staff lacks some personality (interest for what they do, maybe?) which is visible from the moment you enter to the menu presentation and to service in general.
This is a restaurant that aims to the Michelin heaven, so why not behave like one from start to finish?
Stunning meal. I've eaten here a few times before, mostly at lunchtime and it has always been very good. This time, for dinner seated at the 'kitchen bar', had a little something extra. Great energy from the kitchen and the execution of all the dishes was absolutely spot on. So happy to have this as a local restaurant - keep up the amazing work team! Thank you.
Service is amazing.
Food very inventive and flavoursome.
Highly recommend
Great service and food. Very welcoming. Seleriac and beer cake the favourites. Thanks for a lovely time.
My experience was like.... 'The stuff DREAMS' are made of.
Flawless cooking.
Dishes that surprise and delight.
Uncomplicated clean flavours delivered in an environment that makes you want to get up and dance.
If you haven't been you're missing out.
Incredible value for money.
One to watch in 2019 / 20
Decided to book 108 Garage following a review by Giles Coren in the The Times. It did not disappoint. Tasting menu is fantastic. Really fresh food. Sticky beer cake for desert is a must if it’s on the menu!
We were at the chefs table and treated to some amazing dishes. We loved it
Very good food and service. Will definitely go again.
Beautiful place and simple food, clean taste and presentation. My fave sweetbread dish!
Superb all round.
We had an utterly fabulous meal at 108 Garage and can’t wait to go back! Not only was the food inventive, surprising and delicious, the relaxed but attentive service made us feel like we were old friends of the restaurant rather than first-time diners. This will be the first of many visits - can’t wait to taste what you guys whip up next!
Amazing and innovative food, great cocktails and very friendly chef and staff
This was the best meal I've had in London in a very long time. Outstanding.
Exceptional! Complete surprise and delight in every course. My taste buds were singing a very happy tune with every one of the perfectly executed, coordinated and accented dishes. Michelin-stared tastes and presentations delivered in a romantic dimmed light kitchen table - it was exactly what I needed to relax and indulge...perfection!
Great food, great atmosphere, cool without being try hard, will definitely go back again.
Amazing food! Very creative mix of ingredients. Worth every penny! Highly recommended
Creative and “peculiar” food. Fit for foodies and people who enjoy weird food such as sweetbread and authentic cuisine. Not for people who like good traditional food. You will find lettuce ice cream and artichoke dessert. New, authentic nouvelle cuisine. Service was excellent, fun and caring.
Love the vibe of this place
The chef and his teams attention to your personal meal is unbelievable and it feels crafted just for you
The taste and freshness of every single dish is unbelievable
Truly a special spot to savour
Lovely food!!! The menu was perfect
Very nice place
I took my wife, who’s from New York, to 108 Garage to show her how much more exciting and creative the London restaurant scene is versus back home, at least in my opinion.
Once we got there--it was a rainy night in London and we were coming from all the way across town--we had an absolutely fantastic meal. A set menu (with choices for one or two courses), with some delicious and inventive amuses, then several small plates before getting to the mains. The standouts were mushroom "pizza" (a mousse with a slice of black truffle on a chip-like cracker) (an amuse) and a sweetbread bulgogi which was stunning--one of the best dishes I have eaten in a long time. I had my 20 year old daughter with me and she loved it as well (even though was reluctant to try sweetbreads). Mackerel with horseradish cream and apple also great. Wonderful service, casual surroundings, comfortable, lively, funky. Really a memorable meal. Thank you chef!
It was a great way to celebrate our last night in London. The tasting menu had nice options, and they quickly accommodated my wife’s request for a vegetarian option. The food was so good that you want to put down your fork and knife and just enjoy the bite you took. Nice ambience, I guess I’d call it relaxed fine dining. Will definitely come back!
Fantastic place and really good value for how excellent the food and vibe are.
Fantastic mixture of textures and flavours; dishes that on paper shouldn’t work really deliver on the plate !
Probably one of the best new restaurant in London. Do not change anything!
Great atmosphere and a wonderful tasting menu. The rocket sorbet was a little strange and popcorn served at -7 degrees had no flavour however were fun to eat! Everything else was exceptional. Service was a little rushed as a 2 hour turn around meant that each course was served without any space in between. I would recommend booking later so that you have more time.
Wonderful meal at 108 Garage. Service relaxed but attentive, wine list slightly limited but very well selected and sourced and the food inventive, creative and utterly delicious. Never thought I would eat artichoke ice cream, let alone love it! VERY highly recommended, believe the hype.
What a great place. The decor, vibe, meet & greet was a good start and then being a Friday evening we could only have the tasting menu, but this was fine since it was creative, written in an intriguing way and we were in. Our waitress wasn’t brilliant, she didn’t speak very good English and wasn’t able to help us find wine or navigate our way round menu, but this aside, everything else was perfection. The food was a sensation and we left feeling satisfied rather than too full, but every course was fun, tasty and beautifully presented. We’d definitely come again and have already recommended it to other foodie friends.
Had a great meal here. The tasting menu was just awesome. Every dish was special. Perfectly cooked.
Amazing tastes very creative combination which matches perfectly.
Services was good, although the servers outfits could have been a little less casual or simply more allong a central guideline.
Music was quit loud so whe had to change from sitting accros from each ether to next to one another to be able to have a conversation whithout having to yell.
But overall fantastic dinner!! A real gem, well hidden so no need to reserve months in advance. But do make a reservation, otherwise you might have to wait as it not a very big restaurant which is a good thing here.
The (in)visible menu, Ruinar Champagne dinner. AMAZING!!!!
I totally loved this place. Tasting menu was simply fantastic and the wines an excellent complement. Every serving was a small journey of taste exploration and I just was not disappointed with any of it.
Staff were friendly, providing commentary on each plate.
We were a party of four with one vegetarian. We all were delighted with the experience and will be returning ASAP.
The food and ambiance are very good. The service was generally great. However, although the food is described as being sharing dishes, in reality it’s a tasting menu as the choice is limited. Overall the experience is let down on value. There are other restaurants in town doing tasting dishes of equivalent or even better standard for less cost.
Second time, this time around for dinner, and we loved it again. Really interesting food, fun atmosphere & service, good value. Very highly recommended.
