Food was good. Requested a regular table. Got a high top. Said it was a birthday. Did nothing for it. Server rushed the meal.

Great menu choices and great value for those who have to eat gluten free. Not only can everything on the menu be GF, it's all the same price as on the standard menu.
My only two issues were that there's either a plumbing or ventilation issue with the restrooms, and I'm pretty sure my tequila was watered down.

Have had lunches and dinners at 110 Grill. In every case service was great & food was excellent. I have introduced a number of people to 110 Grill and will continue to go back.

My out of town, gluten free co-worker loved the special attention paid to her allergen and felt great about not worrying whether her meal had any gluten in it. Both meals looked, smelled, and tasted very appetizing. I was very impressed with the flavor and size of my meatloaf dish. I recommended this restaurant to others in my office. My co-worker went back again the next night to try another delicious meal.

We made a reservation and did not have to wait for our table which was great. It was quite busy for a Tuesday so Im sure weekends are even busier. Ambiance was cool you get the bar feel but also a nice dining feel. Food was good, esp the Tempura Shrimp (recommend them). I unfortunately, had to send my salad with steak back, the steak was a little too mushy for me. The waitress told me its from them marinating the meat for days. Personal preference to not have mushy steak so no fault of theirs. Service was great the waitress was attentive. I would go again.

We were very impressed with the dedication 110 Grill has for food allergies. It can be difficult to take our son to restaurants that may not be as vigilant.

Best cubano sandwich i have had anywhere. Daughter liked her flatbread and said the "real pepperoni" reminded her of when she lived in NYC. Iced tea was fresh qnd delicious. Server took time to ask about allergies that can be made with no worries. We enjoyed being by the open kitchen, even though we saw reviews of people who hated it. I am short and small issue was that we were in a booth with the pipe style footrest but my feet didnt touch. I would ask for different table the next time. Will definitely go again

Overall great. Our server wasn’t very attentive at the outset but it also appeared a table nearby was very demanding and asking a lot of questions which made her availability suffer. Honestly I think when she finally finished with them, she almost forgot we were there. Once our orders were taken and we were into our meal, she improved and overall things were fine.

Great food, shocking service, mediocre ambience. The 2 managers on duty seemed extremely solid, but unfortunate there was a critical mass of inexperience in the rest of the staff. Drink orders were batched and delivered by the bar staff instead of the server, leading to long delays in getting drinks. Even though we had an drink order of a beer and a wine by-the-glass, they came out after ~15 minute wait with another table’s drinks with 3 martinis. Although we were a couple out on our anniversary with a table reserved, we were seated in the corner right next to the kitchen pass, so got to listen to orders being shouted the whole meal. Overheard two other parties’ conversations both expressing similar takes as mine.

We tried 110 Grill for the first time on a Saturday night. I ordered the "CURE" burger which arrived as a soggy mess. I had to eat it with a fork and knife. Maybe this is the expected condition of this burger, but I was disappointed. $15 for this meal. My wife ordered the Chicken Piccata Gonicchi ($19). This was better. Overall the ambiance didn't seem to match the prices on the menu. It felt like a slightly upscale Bill Grays.

Food was delicious - maybe not worth the high price, but still very good. The service was not good at all. Gave our name and indicated we had a reservation. We were asked to wait just a moment. After several minutes the SAME person asked us if we needed help. We explained she had just asked us to wait a moment. She took our name again and said our table would be ready in a minute. After waiting (right in front of her) for many more minutes, she again looked at us and asked if we needed help. I informed her that she had TWICE asked us to wait a moment for our table. She looked at me blankly and asked for my name. We were finally taken to a table which had crumbs, water, etc. on it. Somebody stopped by to wipe it off after I mentioned it. When our food arrived, we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Again - good food, very bad service on this particular night. Not sure it was worth such a high tab in Henrietta.

I flat out love this restaurant. Their gluten free menu is the reason I’ve been back 8 times in less than 2 months!!!! I love the great service, I love the food, I LOVE the fact that there are so many amazing gluten free options and I LOVVVVVEEEEE that you don’t upcharge for the GF items. Other places, I feel like I’m being punished for needing to eat gluten free. Thank you for not doing that, and for continuing to provide fantastic service. See you soon, I’m sure.

Food was good, somewhat limited menu. Meatloaf was a winner as was the Stir-Fry. Service was great, refilled drinks without asking, was very visible.

Fish and chips are delicious. Coleslaw had too many onions for my taste. Pomegranate Basil Smash was delicious. Pulled pork and macaroni and cheese was very good. Had the pulled pork next day for lunch. I would recommend to anyone. Noisier if your seated by the kitchen....but you see all the dishes coming out.

The food was amazing. Being GF it is hard to find a restaurant that offers good GF options. I was very satisfied with my GF food. I can't wait to go back to try other menu items.

The service was great. The hostess maybe could have been a little more friendly.

Ordered a couple of appetizers. The chicken nachos hardly had any chicken. The plate was full of plain tortilla chips with very little topping. Same issue with the spinach dip. Very little dip for a lot of dry bread and tortilla chips. The vegetarian pasta dish was tasty.

It was my first time at 110 and from walking in the door to walking out, I had a wonderful experience. The drinks and food came out promptly. The food was fresh and playing was everything! Definitely going back in the next week or so 😘

Overall enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. However the service leaves a lot to be desired. This was our second visit and the wait staff just wasn't up to par. We constantly had to search her out to bring us more drinks, ketchup, etc. The worst was when they brought my wife her wedge salad. She is a fussy eater and wanted a plain wedge salad, no dressing no bacon, no anything (yum) but when she received the salad it was covered in bacon, tomatoes and onions. The waitress took the salad back and returned almost immediately with a plain salad...we thought. What she had done was wipe off what was on top of the wedge and returned it to our table. As my wife started to eat it you could start to see small pieces of bacon, onion and tomato juice that had sunk down into the wedge. I did tell the manager about it and he did comp us the salad that my wife would not finish. The rest of the food was great and our fingers are crossed that the service improves in the future because we do plan on returning.

The 110 Grill on a great September afternoon, my wife and I with another close couple and a surprisingly exceptional meal. That’s hard to beat. We were warmly welcomed by Carlie, a great server, and after we told her that this was our first time here at this relatively new restaurant, she guided us with a nice orientation (asked about any food allergies and described the specials and some menu options. This place is so much nicer, with so many more healthy options than the place that was here before. The food was presented well, was fresh and prepared perfectly.
Best beet, goat cheese, candied walnut, arugula and salmon salad that I have had since a very high end place in Boston MA (in a way long time)!
My dining companions were all smiles with their dishes,
Grilled Salmon, a Shrimp and Clams Casino Pasta dish and
a vegetarian meal that my health oriented wife couldn’t stop raving about. Great job 110 Grill!

The restaurant still seems to be working out some “bugs”.
The wait for food and drinks to be served was long. Waiting for dessert was 20mins, eventually cancelled it asked for the check.
Manager did comp the dessert and let us take it home. But still frustrating.

Very thankful for a restaurant that takes food allergies so seriously. I was provided with a variety of delicious gluten free options and was ensured throughout the process that my food had never been contaminated. Very kind staff and quality service.

Gluten free and other allergies no problem at this restaurant - they go out of their way to accommodate! The gluten free menu had nearly everything the regular menu had - instead of just a few watered down selections like at most other restaurants. Our food was beautifully presented and tasted great. Service was also excellent. Prices are a bit high and you will not be taking food home with you - portions are on the small side - so just enjoy having a nice meal in the lovely atmosphere.

First time at restaurant. Bar area is very appealing but seating areas are nothing special, rather dark and dull. Food was good but nothing special- I had Cuban swordfish. Had two glasses of wine, limited wine list as they tend to push specialty cocktails. Bill with tip was $58. Worth trying but Not a place I will go to again.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic service/staff! 110 Grill is a unique restaurant. The atmosphere is somewhere between fine dining and casual. Good selection of beer on tap, friendly servers and the food is great! Much better venue than the Buffalo Wild Wings it used to be.

This new restaurant in Rochester NY is friendly, has good food and very pleasant service. It is quiet, which is a change from so many restaurants in the area. You can have a quiet conversation, no yelling over the crowd or the loud music. And tables are spaced so that you are not asking someone to move so that you can get to your seat away from the aisle. I had swordfish which was properly cooked and tender to eat. I look forward to returning. And, perhaps equally important, they have a separate menu with gluten free options which is almost identical to the regular menu. I don't know any restaurant that goes to that extreme.

My wife has Celiac's and was delighted with the extensive number of "safe" choices she had as well as the exceptional care that was taken to ensure that she would not experience any problems.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY good at their respective jobs.

We will definitely be visiting again!

We sat outside facing Jefferson Rd - which is a busy street with car & truck traffic.

Bar order was very slow, we spotted our drinks coming then the waitress attempted to hold the door open with her arm holding the drink tray, with $75 of wine and cocktails on the ground we waited while no one could figure out what to do - then two managers finally showed up to supervise. A second waitress kept trying to interject and assist us - not sure if dhe was really being helpful or just trying to find fault in everything our waitress did.

Bottom line, the Appetizers and Entree’s were very good for a franchise/multi location restaurant (you should skip their desserts). The servers we saw were all inexperienced or encumbered by the management.

We hope our 2nd visit is much better.

The food was just so so, and salad is extra despite the $26 price for the entre. We were not offered bread, but heard the table next to us ask, and they were told bread was available at an extra charge. We wanted to get a dessert to go, but nearly all the options were ice cream. Very disappointed and will probably not return. Too bad, because they have several vegetarian options that my kids would like.
