Dine at 110 Grill for either lunch or dinner, or simply visit for cocktails and dessert. The atmosphere, which includes an open kitchen, outdoor patio with fire pits, a lounge with high top tables and a large bar, is ideal for any occasion. With its scratch kitchen, it accommodates special dietary needs and ensures that each dish that leaves the kitchen is made fresh to order.

The menu at 110 Grill features popular entrees including Chimichurri Steak, Chicken Caprese Parmesan, Cucumber & Avocado Tuna, Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese and more. Other options include delicious burgers and sandwiches, as well as salads that can be topped with such ingredients as salmon, shrimp, steak and more. In addition, there are a variety vegetarian options and a large gluten free menu (100% of its lunch and dinner menu can be made gluten free). For special events, use 110 Grill's private dining rooms, which can seat up to 50 guests and are equipped with a large TV for presentations.

Our dinner was good, but pretty expensive for what you get. The server was great but the seating is strange. We were sat all the way to the front of the restaurant from the parking lot. The table was in a section that was open to the rest of the mall. Really loud with all the mall noise. Felt intrusive having people standing next to your table that were not in the restaurant but stood there having loud conversations with no thought that you were trying to enjoy your meal. For the price, I probably would not go back. I may try the location in Hadley to see if the atmosphere is better.

The food was tasty, and we were seated right away (we did the call ahead seating). Our server was attentive and pleasant. It's a little pricey and the food was lukewarm. We will try it again, but it won't be my first choice.

My husband and I went in for 7:15 reservation. We didn’t leave until 9:15. It took forever to get drinks. An hour to get appetizers and then when our food came my husbands food wasn’t even warm. I couldn’t even find the waitress to ask for mayonnaise for my burger and by the time I got it I had eaten half of it because it would have been cold by the time I got the mayo.

We will never go back here. Two hours, cold food and sub par service. Not worth the time and money we spent.

The service was amazing for me and me fiance first time going there. Food was amazing the service was amazing everything was pretty quick. We were more surprised that you could not hear anything from the mall all you could hear was the restaurant and their music.

It was amazing, they made sure I had my food that was dairy and soy free and checked up on me and the red velvet cake was amazingggg 10/10 would definitely recommend

First time experience for Valentine's Day. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. A little slow on food service, but not terrible. Food was delicious. Love the full gluten-free menu. Highly recommended on those options alone!

My wife is gluten free,so it’s not always easy to eat out. That being said, we had a great meal at 110. The service was great (thank you Mike!), the food was delicious, and my wife had a whole menu of food choices. Great experience, we will be back often.

The variety of gluten free options can't be beat. My dinner wasn't very warm and bland (gluten free stroganoff). The beef was tough and poor quality. My boyfriend got the chicken piccata. It came out very cold and the staff promptly addressed it. The second version was absolutely delicious! The bar was super busy but the staff really could not have been more attentive. We will definitely try this place again and recommend it despite our bumpy first visit.

Overpriced for a chain restaurant at a mall. Between two of us, we had one glass of Sangria, 2 5 oz. glasses of wine, one chicken entree, one swordfish entree and one cup of coffee.... came to $96.00, including tax and a 20% tip. The service was excellent.... friendly, competent servers. Food was okay. Would not go back for dinner.

I’ve been to three 110 Grill locations and the Holyoke location three times and all three times they sucked! They forgot orders twice and overall don’t have their shot together. The food was not hot (every single time I went).

The wait staff was mediocre and not attentive. Food was not terrible but didn’t meet the hype I’ve heard about it. Inside the restaurant is great but if you sit against the wall you get a lovely view of mall walking traffic. I’ll only go back if chosen by someone else not by choice.

This was a stellar experience! The service from reservation through bill payment was user friendly. No hassles w reservations and our wait staff was timely. Our food was good to excellent , though varied by our tastes!
Good atmosphere for a group of 3-6!

The restaurant “ran out of glasses, turkey burgers, milk and rolls “. Not sure how that happens. But it did . We ordered a quick app of fried pickles , a salad and a steak for dinner. Two hours of poor service we will never get back.

My wife an I have GLUTEN allergies, so it's the primary reason we dine at 110 Grill. The meals have been very good and for those of you who don't know, one of the managers is required to deliver your meal if you have a food allergy. In addition, they place a large toothpick in your food with the word "allergy" on it. It's not easy finding a local restaurant that has truly gluten free items available, so 110 Grill has been an obvious choice. The service has always been good and it's usually a good idea to make a reservation, especially during the holiday season. When we've had any issues "very rare" the manager has always been willing to make it right. They have a Loyalty Program as well, so you can get $$$ off your meal when you've earned enough points.

Took my friend Crystal to 110 grill for her birthday on Saturday . we both enjoyed the food the pulled pork mac and cheese is delicious the best ive ever had . crystal enjoyed her steak tips lunch special as well. I had a worm town beer and she had a dry rose . we both will be back. The waiter was really sweet also.

This restaurant was shockingly good for a chain. The food was very, very good, the server, Erin, was that perfect combination of professional and personable. Great cocktails too. We were surprised and pleased.

Michaela our server was AMAZING! we had a great time except for the people sitting next to us were very loud talkers, on their first date, and were talking about their drunken escapades for my kids to hear, loud and clear. We love 110 grill and didn’t comment on this when we were there, we had a wonderful time still.

Waitress was fabulous and the management very attentive. I had the Autumn Snitzel. I would not recommend this meal as it was dry and the Spatzel was tasteless. It is supposed to have a jus but there was only a sprinkling of it. I have eaten at 110 before and found the food and service to be fantastic. Gluten Free is not a problem for this place. Management brings out all allergy related dishes.

Part of my party waited at the bar for the rest of the group to arrive. Five minutes passed and they were not greeted or asked for their order. I heard someone say there was a backup in the kitchen however that is not an excuse for poor service. Once seated non-alcoholic drinks were brought to the table quickly but we had to ask a 2nd time for our alcoholic drinks. One person received their meal 8-10 minutes before the rest of the table. We were not served any bread while we waited for our meal. The food was mediocre. Beef tips ordered medium arrived well-done with no pink visible in the meat at all. The green beans were hard and crunchy. Mac & cheese wasn’t very cheesy. Overall the four of us in my group were very disappointed. This was our first and last time going to this restaurant.

The waitress was not very attentive. My appetizer, nachos came out missing 2 toppings and took way too long for waitress to bring the toppings. And not the same if not made with toppings originally.

We had an awesome anniversary dinner at 110 grill. It was a busy Saturday night so I’m glad that I made reservations and we were seated right away. Aggie was a waiter and she was great. I asked her for recommendations s couple of times and I did order what she recommended and it was delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance, the fire pit added a romantic touch. I will definitely go back 😊

Had a patio seat and enjoyed every dish. Had the shrimp and the fried pickle apps, Cajun salmon for my wife and the Cuban sandwich for me. All excellent...couldn’t quite finish the sandwich because I was so full (big sandwich!) our server Meghan was fabulous.

I ordered the Chicken Caprese which consisted of an overcooked brittle piece of chicken with a bit of mozzarella cheese. The salad was tasteless. When I complained about the chicken, I was told by the waitress, "I didn't cook it". Wrong answer.

First impression was the hostess, she did not appear to want to be there and was not very welcoming. We sat on the patio which was very nice. The waitress was very nice. We placed our order and waited nearly 1hr for the food to come out, when the food arrived everyone's food was cold (party of 4). We were STARVING so we proceeded to eat as the waitress was no where to be seen. The food was absolutely delicious though. Finally waitress came over after we were all more than half day done with our food (1 person had completely finished) and asked if we needed anything. Yes, had all been waiting for drinks and to let her know about the cold food. She sent the manager over just we could tell him the same exact thing and he said "I'll see what I can do for you". When the bill came he took $40 off the bill (so essentially $10 from each person), which was ok but does that really make up for waiting that long for cold food.... I'm not too sure.

2 meals out of 4 were Cold food. Dirty wine glass. Fly and bug on table. Manager was very accommodating and tried to make right.
