Very delicious food-I had quesadilla verde and chickpea fries, my partner has the large sushi. We both loved every single item! Can’t wait to come back!
Decent food but shockingly poor service. Vacant, neglectful staff who barley served you and had to push for any service at all and the told we couldn’t order our main course as the kitchen was now closed. No prior warning. Whilst the food was nice, really resented the 12.5% service. Would highly recommend not to go there in the evening.
Food was nice, but brought out at different times. Nearly overcharged due to mistakes, service all felt a bit awkward. Would probably visit again if visiting Fenwicks but overall there are better vegan restaurants with better service for the £.
A wonderful meal with fantastic flavours, so tasty! The staff were also expectaional. We booked in advance and let them know it was a special occasion for our son passing an exam. The waitress congratulated him and the chef made a special dessert to help him feel special. The burger was the tastiest vegan burger I have ever had (and I've tried many worldwide as well as cooking my own). A real treat for burger and sushi lovers who want the plant based options. A hit with the whole family.
We had a lovely lunch at 124V, choosing to sit inside. Service was excellent - friendly and just the right level of attentiveness. The menu was great. There were lots of meat substitutes which usually I’m not a huge fan of but we tried the battered banana blossom ‘fish’ which was so delicious. It was so nice to to have lots of different choices to the usual vegan selections on menus. We also had the insanely light and lovely chickpea chips (I could have eaten 3 bowls!) and deliciously tasty quesedillas. We will be back again very soon. This is such a gem for a vegan lunchtime feast!
Pleasant enough, though expensive for what it was. Casual service, no welcome on arrival, small portions (tho the choc pud was very good). I would recommend, but with reservations. (I prefer the inside Fenwicks - 2nd floor - restaurant).
Very nice staff, very good vegan food full of flavours, deffinately worth a try if you're vegan or even on a dairy free diet!
If you are looking to eat sushi better come for lunch time and they run out by dinner. We were very excited to try this restaurant as we love Gauthier's but we felt this was average nothing too special. It could be recommended for a normal day bite.
Half the menu was not available and it shut very early
Great food ! Loved the service , staff friendly and fun 🤩
Will be back again.
I went with my friend who eats fish and she said it absolutely tasted like real fish. The food was incredibly delicious. I definitely want to go back and try the other dishes.
Such lovely vibes, excellent staff and delicious food. I spilled my drink all over the table, the waiter came and cleared up and moved us and replaced the drink for free even though it was my fault. The waiter was super friendly and professional. The ambience was perfect, overall a lovely dinner.
The sushi was unbelievable. The terrace is lovely i don't know whether the inside is as good.
Food are nice, especially the side dishes (fried tofu and chickpea fries)
Lovely vegan restaurant. The chickpea fries were amazing and the cheeseburger was delicious. Interesting (but expensive) wine list. Good for gluten free choices. Would definitely recommend.
Warm welcome from the host who kindly went through the menu with us and gave us recommendations
The service was amazing and the staff were all so super friendly!
Really lovely food, the sushi was brilliant, as someone who has now been vegan for 6 months it felt like the real thing.
Only gripe would be, the two of us ate, I had 2 drinks and my partner 1, and the bill came to £100.
Our booking was for 7pm and the kitchen, the restaurant and mall closed at 8pm so you must leave at this time. Because we arrived a bit later was not worth to stay for dinner and rush to leave. The manager was very apologetic and even offered us a glass of proseco and I have been there before and the food is very good I have to tell. I super recomende but please make sure you book a table earlier than 7p.m to not have any surprises.
Really impressed with the food at 123V, especially the Sushi
Very delicious food, great atmosphere and wonderful service - would definitely recommend!
Lovely venue, delicious food, enchanting French accents from the waiting staff, what else could you wish for?
Pricy. Interesting menu for those who like fake meats.
We had a great meal here. Fab delicious vegan choices with great recommendations from the staff who were super helpful and fun. Great choice of cocktails just wish we could have stayed longer but we were due at the theatre. Will definitely go again!
Thank you 123V
Loved it the food was great it was perfect
The food was amazing as was the wine. I had the vegan sushi and two glasses of Rose. However, the service let's it down. I felt unattended for most of the visit although waiters seemed to be serving other customers. My friend commented that she got served before I arrived and then the service went down hill. It felt like the staff prioritised guests with Dior shopping bags... The lack of service was a bit awkward. At the end of the meal we had to get up just to get someone's attention so we could pay and leave.
Lovely outside seating with great service in a high class area. Inside is in the basement of a department store which was....odd, as that was unexpected as I didn't read that anywhere online, despite the quality interior. Their side dishes and few desserts on offer took more centre stage over their main courses. Chickpea chips, BBQ seitan and chocolate fudge cake were definitely talking points. The main courses however were nice, but not amazing. The Beyond burger (which is the default vegan option at most pubs these days) and sushi platter were expensive, when fast food versions taste exactly the same. Side dishes were great, but the main courses weren't impressive, they were just ok. I would go again though to try what else is on offer!
Delicious creative food
The future of food is plant based!
The cocktail of the day was good but a bit disappointed with the service, the food was ok. The table towel that was paper wasn’t change and had a few stains. Not bad overall but I was really looking forward for the vegan sushi and feel the all experienced was underwhelming.
We had booked the resturant downstairs but got the feeling the staff would prefer it if we sat on the Terrace. To access the restuarant we had to walk through the shops which seemed weird.
Amazing food and good value.
I had been excited to try one of the few fully plant based places in London but as soon as we arrived the disappointment slapped us in the face. I had made the booking for 7 but as soon as we arrived I was told the kitchen was closing in 15 mins and this point was made another 4 times throughout the meal. If booking a table at 7 is such an inconvenience the booking should not have been accepted in the first place or a notification when placing the booking to flag the issue should in place. I was with a friend over from New York and this left a bad impression. We had to rush our meal and I’m left not wanting to rush back. I had tried to book the main restaurant in Soho but with no availability was directed to 123V. 😿
Really love this place. Consistently good. Always a surprise that it’s actually vegan.
Great selection of vegan options from burgers to sushi!!
I asked you questions about coffee machine is not working yesterday at 5:55 same time but they good perfect for that there no coffee no tea this misunderstanding right things to fix early before other customers
It was a really lovely lunch, would definitely go again!
We had our lunch in the middle of the beautiful terrace and we want say the new sushi that your staff advised was incredible. New cocktail with strawberry absolutely superb. Thank you very much for the staff and the kitchen as well. Special thanks to the assistant manager Nick for give to us the special lunch
Great food, great service. The vegan sushi was amazing
Fantastic vegan restaurant on the terrace and in the basement of Fenwicks on Bond Street. Such a great variety of options depending on what you fancy - vegan sushi alternatives, inventive vegan poke bowls, burgers, enchiladas, desserts, variety of drinks and much more. Can't wait to return to work my way through the whole menu.
Very much enjoyed our meal, this is the second time we have eaten here and it won’t be our last! Well recommended
Lovely restaurant. The sushi is incredible! Drinks are pricey but the food is top class.
Always outstanding. Highly recommend
