   Food was delicious and the service was faultless. Quite expensive but the food and service took the sting out a bit. I had the vegan starter and main, which were lovely. I hope the vegan options will change regularly so that I can return, as it was a really nice experience.

   Beautiful restaurant, ladies at the entrance were very delightful , the view was beautiful as well ! Service poor !! Our waiter was impersonal with no interest of our satisfaction. The perception was , he was to say hello, take a drink and food order …. That is where the magic did Not happen !! Dinner had not arrive at the table for 50 minutes! I called the waiter over, which was a challenge as he paid no attention to our table after taking our order. We ran out of water and drinks and, attempted to summon our server…. Non responsive. After calling our waiter and asking “How long before our meal would arrive?” He left to find out, He didn’t return until 20 minutes to serve our dinner… ouch! He placed it on the table smiled and walked away…. Hmmm? No apologies, no manger interaction! It was were in a movie and everyone disappeared…. The End ? OMG … we left …. I would avoid 14 Hills as the hype is so fat off from the reality! Cheers !! Elsewhere !!!!!

   I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and can’t see it lasting long. We had a poor experience from the get go - called the night before to say we could only have our table from 1.30 - 4pm due to an event, which was bad enough as it left me with little time to find somewhere else to take my clients, I agreed to go ahead. But on the day at 3pm dead without asking for a bill, it was placed on our table and we were told we had to leave as they needed to prepare for their event. Besides this Unfriendly staff, every single one looked like they were peeved off to be there Bland food, very average dishes Expensive - £32 for small piece of chicken, £18 for starters etc … all of which I am used to in London, but fully expect top tier service and exceptional food. All in all, would never go back again There are so many nice high end places of similar cost, with better food, better service, better views, better everything Just begs the question, why would you go here?

    Our reservation was for 4 people, for my brothers 30th birthday. Within my reservation I mentioned that it was my brothers birthday and requested a circular sofa booth as it was his first visit. Unfortunately we were seated on a square table. The service was slower than any restaurant I have ever dined at. Upto 3 different waiters served us extremely sporadically. Our reservation was 19:30 but we were only asked to take our order at 20:00 and were told it will take half an hour to wait. It actually took much longer than this, and at 20:43 our mains were served. The sea bass and the lamb were stone cold and the cod was cold within a luke warm sauce. The sea bass was raw in places and my aunt could not eat it but when we looked for a waiter there was none or, they were far away from our area. She did not eat the raw fish and resignedly ate the bread instead. After our mains, we sat there for over ten minutes waiting for the table to be cleared. I had to call over to another waitress before she ran off, to ask for tables to be cleared and for the dessert menu. To save time since service was poor and non existent we asked for a coffee at the same time however the coffee was not brought together with the dessert. We asked to cancel the coffee yet many minutes after we finished our dessert the coffee was brought to us and was once again lukewarm. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and underwhelming and I felt embarrassed to have brought my brother here for his milestone birthday with such mediocre food and non existent, excruciatingly slow service. The only saving grace was the ambience but it is not enough to want to return. The menu was bland, minimal and overpriced for what we paid and I would never expect such 1 star service at a high establishment as this venue likes to emit. Due to the awfully slow service even though we had a 2 hour reservation, we did not leave until 22:15 and could not wait to leave. Save your money and go elsewhere.

    We dined at the restaurant eating from the Evening Standard menu & loved it. It was also a birthday celebration as well. Great food, helpful staff, lovely restaurant. They even brought out a lovely birthday sweet item for the birthday celebrant. Will definitely come again & eat from the main a la carte menu. Thank you!

    Dinner to catch up with a former colleague. Food was very good, small but interesting menu with something for everyone, reasonable size portions. Service was also good. Great views and lively ambiance. Only slightly spoiled by the couple next to us making out for the entire duration of dinner. They should have booked a room somewhere else!

    Overpriced if you take into consideration All aspects Service is ok, a smile would be nice apart from one waiter who was pleasant One of the reception team needs a lesson of how to speak to customers nicely and smile Food was ok not worth the prices Drinks where good as was the wine The bar staff where friendly Service 13.5 % is a rip off I don’t mind paying any bill if it’s good But this was very disappointing Good place for a drink Very average

    We went there for my mum’s birthday lunch and I cannot compliment the whole experience enough. The food was incredible and decent selection of vegetarian options on the menu that didn’t leave us feeling stranded for choice. The service was faultless, and everyone was so polite from the receptionist to the waitress to the bartenders!! Will definitely be coming here again!

    Everything was wonderful. My only comment would be that from the website it seems to suggest their is a rooftop bar and eating area for 14 Hills - but we found this to be incorrect. Also the signage from street level should be better - our taxi dropped us off at the wrong place ! Would definitely go again.

    The food was amazing but the service was a bit disappointing. There was 4 of us and every single one of us was very impressed with our meals, both starters and mains. I had the tuna to start and the Guinea foul as main, and both were amazing. The service however, left us wanting. We kept trying to flag people down to order drinks, I’m not sure if this was because two members of our party had got wine at the bar before dining, so they may have thought we’d already ordered. Then they did that thing where they take the wine bottle away from the table which is great, when they’re on the ball about topping it up, but they really weren’t. At one point we had to ask 3 times for a top up and in the end we just asked them to leave us the bottles. Once they bought the bottles over, the waiter then poured rose into a white wine glass because he didn’t check who was drinking what before pouring. We would have had another two bottles of wine but the service was so slow that we just ended up leaving. It was rammed in there either, just seemed unorganised. I would go back because the food was amazing and the views are good

    Very nice restaurant with a good vibe and a nice view (if you are next to the window). Service certainly requires intervention both in terms of manners and attentiveness to the customer's needs. Terrace wasn't open yet and that's probably where the 4th overal star will come from. Food was good - the Guinea Fowl was excellent, an amazing discovery - but the nearly £100.- p.p. (which is something I normally pay in other fancier, higher quality London restaurants) seems a little excessive. However, given the usual short term availability, I will probably be back as a back-up plan.

    One of the best steak tartare's i have had in a long time. All 3 courses were small but lovely. I would only say that the wine by the glass at £10 min a glass is somewhat on the steep side and the restaurant should aim to have a house wine at something more affordable to everyone.

    Unfortunately I was expecting 14 hills to be better. The prices were extortionate for what was really quite simple food which could be found in a gastropub. The dishes were tiny. The view was disrupted by holographic strips running around the building. Servers were unsure and forgetful. The drinks were okay but wine was overpriced. It seems like they’re trying to push prices to pay for the rent.

    The food was top quality food, i had the started octopus dish and my partner had the tartar and we loved it. We got a table right next to the window which was great so we was so distracted by the amazing view, we didn’t care how long the food came ! Overall an amazing restaurant with an amazing view for a decent overall price.

    Brought a friend here for a catch-up/birthday dinner and he couldn’t love this restaurant enough! The food, service, atmosphere was all flawless! Our waiter was so sweet in explaining some of the menu items and especially when he found out it was my birthday. 100/10 service and food!
